I think align have a very good case for an investigation now, this shell co was the lowest bidder has no assets and no shareholder backing. Enough is enough, investigate and remove the board and prosecute if required before any mor damage is done.
3 new vs 2 old
so New could kick out Sarah and James instantly, effectively this interim board have sold control of AAOG for £360k to a unknown shell Ltd company, when offers of £2.8m plus finance were on the table.
So we are now selling shares to the lowest bidder ignoring a better offer....well done Sarah.
Does anyone know who was in the amazing technical team that cost us £2m? If this is linked or if any of the appointees are them then that confirms an inside job.
What on earth must Miton be thinking?
Gervase Williams as a large shareholder would get access to the board and would ask questions, he knows far more than most PI the provenance or not of companies like Forum and their backers - he voted with AAOG against Align as presumably saw more value with proven funds from ZEN - but this?
This rotten, corrupt company stinks to high heaven.
Their needs to be a forensic investigation into the goings-on and conduct/dealings of the board of directors both past and present.
Truly disgusting.
Spooky was typing that at the same time.
Yes exactly unless ATOG are backing Forum with DD monies from AAOG. In which case a deal may have already been done with DS and JB.
I love a good conspiracy theory.
I would **** my self if Paul Forest sold all of them to Align for 0.65p as soon as they cleared.
So what’s changed?
“ At present however, certain of the conditions precedent in the Jub Proposal make it undeliverable. In particular, the Company cannot accede to the sale of the Ordinary Shares held by Riverfort nor can it defer or amend the terms of the General Meeting on 13 January 2020 without exposing itself to potential liabilities under the SPA signed with Zenith. This would not be in the best interests of the Company.”
They were offered 1p a share for them two weeks ago.
Yes Tony but how do we small fry initiate an audit?
Washers....Indeed. And our Board had the cheek to question the funding of the Align/McDonald group.
You couldn't make this up.
I can only assume that they are s**t-scared of Align/McDonald looking at the books and asking questions.
Well what a crock of S..... Paul Forrest is a secretary for a joinery installation company and an accountant has dissolved several companies within two - three years of his involvement. Changes company names and postal address regularly. Doesn't appear to have managed any company with much more than £10K assets.
Forum Energy Services is a private company with 100 ordinary shares and 100 preference shares as of 3/12/19 a balance of £2k in 2017 but somehow has miraculously come up with the funds for 80 million shares.
Yet we are supposed to believe this is above board.
Give me strength.

Links to Russia lol who suggested that the other week.
This company is dissolving itself faster than an Alka-Seltzer.
After his abject performance at the GM last week, I was expecting Mr Cane to resign and not Mr Beck.
I guess c. £200k salary +pension easily compensates for walking round with a lot of egg on your face.

That the one ? Why do I recognise “32 Grosvenor Gardens “, could be paranoia
Either way someone has just purchased 20% of the company at 0.5p, “A 43% premium” knowing our luck watch it be red again today lol and the difference will soon be made up by Phils wages.
Well that answers my question then! Very good news although raises the question why at a discount to superior offer??
Forum Energy Services Limited never heard of him. One man and a calculator connections to old board and ATOG?
