Sad day with the sale of DT Ultravert … the great hope that got me to invest originally. I'm with you Leemuu that there is potential in the pharma play and hence am sticking with Zoetic.
Did any one else notice the 400k shares that went through at the close … they showed up on London Stock Exchange (but not on trades list here) ?
So, my toungue in cheek, flippant remark , first thing isn't that far off the mark then.
Was always going to happen. IMO
And, as someone mentioned earlier, I thought the nitrogen gas thing was something that gave us an edge over other growers. Why give that up?
Well Leemuu, it seems Brooks Energy Company is represented in the UK with RPs company he formed in March... Helisium Ltd
https://beta.companieshouse.gov.uk/company/12511890
the incorporation documents (pages 5-8 of the pdf) Brooks Energy Company is the only shareholder of Helisium Ltd
i think pre- covid days that this sort of RNS would have seen a rise of 20%, alot of investors are now chasing Pharma, I am one of them and looking to make some money back from covid losses, its a risky game to play, I still hold a lot of Zoetic shares and will be topping up again soon, Zoetic is a completley different company to the old days. I would like to know more on the savings this deal would produce, not having to pay leases, or whatever running costs come with that side of the business. I think Zoetic can now fully focus on the CBD part of the business, so one less thing to worry about, sometimes you just have to get rid of things and I think it is one step closer in a better direction, but like any business, when you have change of management you will uncover some dirt that has been swept under the carpet, in this case for me that dirt is the oil/gas side of the business, so if we have to pass that off/cut ties/do a speculative deal then so be it.Wait for the next Path announcment which will most likely involves Brooks Energy Company haha
Good to see a start to exit from HNR legacy issues, but like a few others cant quite see the logic of the nitrogen asset sale as thought this was an integral part of the CBD process having cheap nitrogen source. However have taken a very small toe dip into the water here again and purchased 15,000 shares, but want to see much more progress here first before committing any real capital investment.
