Thanks RKB,
I'll take a look.
I used to be an accountant and still use Companies House a lot to help with investing.
Hello Martyh
If you register at Companies House then you can receive email alerts for Companies that you follow.
If you had been registered a few years ago then you would have received an email regarding Patisserie Valerie (LSE CAKE) I was not invested there but I posted on their B.B. on 15/10/18 and if you were to re-read my posts I think you will find that ordinary shareholders were eh ... left high and dry but Robert Scalzo & Victor Scalzo were “ok” see Stonebeach ltd Spice Bakery Ltd.
Many readers of the Sunday Times Business Section will be aware of Luke Oliver Johnson and may question why he is actually writing a column in the Sunday Times.

PS you need to scroll down a bit to see various posts from that day.

Thanks RKB,
I've become a shareholder this week. That's an extremely useful post to show the potential margins in the UK business.
thanks rkb.........informative as ever !
Thanks for your input RKB, hope you're keeping well.
Good afternoon Cranleigh
Finally at long last someone (fortunately you) has seen the real reason why I posted.
I often Post information extracted from Companies House and it can be a mine of information.

As I read it, the charge was created on 12 May as security for sums then due to Nick under a Settlement Agreement - those sums could logically be of any amount. I guess we will know more when the accounts are published.
I have to say I’m impressed by the strong gross margins implied by the listed unit costs of the various SKUs!
Companies House
A document was filed today at Companies House to confirm that a Charge against some company assets has been satisfied in full.
There has only ever been one charge lodged against Zoetic International Plc. This was in favour of Nick Tulloch our former CEO.
If you were to take time and read the original charge document you will see an inventory on page 18 (page 23 of the pdf document) that clearly indicates all the items and their value attributed to them in the total sum of £151,175.
Anyone who did scrutinise the inventory would then know what the “cost” of say Blood Orange 500mg or say the softgels.
What we do know from the RNS of 6th July 2020 is that the UK Joint venture with Nick has been terminated but what our new joint CEO’s have not said is if Nick was “paid off”.
Hopefully we will find out at some point what the cost to us (the shareholders) was for this two months “of a joint venture agreement” hopefully it was not to the tune of £151,175.

PS still a LTH, not trading and holding.
