Who's Hugh ;0)
Results next Wednesday, I am not sure if we will get RNS for rollout before results.
I think Trevor mentioned deal within few weeks on 10th September interview. Potential is hugh and we should be moving on from current share price soon.
I'd get that clock looked at Mate..
Mine's ticking at the same speed.
But definitely better in than out ! Roll on the roll out...
The clock is ticking faster better in than out
exactly...!!!
that is what I was trying to get over to our resident snake last week !!!
Could write for hours on this.... had many discussions with Nick around the legalities, which trade body to go with etc.
As Isolate it is just the one chemical compound that needs the report on, full spectrum products will really suffer with this process....
It’s a real shelf clearer for the independent and small producers and especially those that are with full spectrum CBD products and not isolate....
And all those flogging miss-labeled products with pond water tastes and not using isolate will have a terrible time with this....
Bring it on.
Our isolate partner in the USA is growing those hemp plants (From Zoetic Seeds) in USDA Organic Certified Soils...
As far as I’m aware the isolate source for our UK products is well advanced in the process and application.
This is all very very good for Zoetic...
Yeah Dave, it was actually an ACI release that came out yesterday on the latest novel food status from the FSA that prompted my question.
This article is what I was referring..
https://www.theaci.co.uk/critical-novel-foods-update-sept-2020/
and the 40 minute video contained within... (direct link) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JW7Y1R6M3ao
After listening it seems that it's going to be quite expensive to have the tox studies conducted, although being part of the ACI can collectively reduce the overall cost. It's another expense we could do without incurring when we have so many other things on the go...
(info from ACI 14 September... https://www.theaci.co.uk/safety-study-faq/ )
Rolling hand: The company is working very closely with the ACI.
As a company with CBD Isolate Products the toxicology aspect is not as complex an angle as it would be for products which are full spectrum etc.
I don’t think we have anything to fear in this respect, more to gain from others failing to move in the correct direction.
Many other companies affiliated with the CTA are digging their heads in the sand somewhat hoping that things have a different outcome than requiring “Novel Food” style applications.
The regulatory landscape is a constantly moving one, but IMHO we are well positioned to benefit from what is coming, and what is currently in place.
A quick question: Does anyone know if Zoetic has conducted a Toxicology safety study on the products we are selling in the UK as part of the novel foods application?
I'm thinking this would have to be all the tinctures and the gummies.
Trying to see what info exists on this
