Mr8008, if you had bothered to read the presentation re the new mining plan, then you would have been able to cut and paste the following dates re the XRT
Expected arrival on site October 2021
Expected installation Dec 2021
So yes, I agree 'these new mechanised mining equipments will arrive and be used' - just not for another 6 months
pecten11,
I don't know when an Aramine Face Jumbo Drill Rig, two Resemin Muki 22 Long Hole Drilling Rigs and a Tomra XRT Ore processing & sorting machine will arrive. However, I know that Vast has already purchased these new mechanised mining equipments. Now that the new mechanised mining equipments have been purchased, these new mechanised mining equipments will arrive and be used.
Mr8008, as you seem well acquainted with the revised mining plan, when is the XRT scheduled for delivery and when will it be operational?
maxcady,
On April 27th, RNS “The arrival of the new mechanised mining equipment has commenced on site with the remaining equipment expected to arrive in accordance with the new mine plan schedule. ”
Vast ordered three Load Haul Dump Loaders (LHDs), an Aramine Face Jumbo Drill Rig, two Resemin Muki 22 Long Hole Drilling Rigs and a Tomra XRT Ore processing & sorting machine.
Among them, LHDs have arrived in April. the remaining equipment expected to arrive in accordance with the new mine plan schedule.
Thanks for this Ant, I’ll try harder in future, English was never my strong point, hopefully you got the gist of my post though,
(Fancy spending your valuable time picking me up on my literacy though :-))) ) wow
Pecten ‘A badly timed swing trade’, friend I’ve not been in here long so I do not think ‘badly timed’ applies to me on this occasion,
FYI I have been in and out (or partially so) 6/5 times in the last few months, I am currently in with a few K paper loss which I am not at all phased about, I got a sneaky 5ks early today and will continue to add as we go,
You really should try to be more positive friend, all this negativity must be spilling over into all aspects of your life.
Best,
F
Mr008 another ramper on VAST payroll.
Workers would love that lol
maxcady,
In order to help vast investors rebuild their confidence in the vast company, it is best for the vast company to install cameras in the underground mine of Baita Plai and the processing plant and broadcast live production images to investors 24/7.
When I was responsible for maintenance in a quarry years ago one of either 2 crushers, provided 24 hours a day 7 days a week producing crushed stone, you had to have a feed stockpile as buffer, it was part of the production system
'Yes Atlas are in the background but this can be sorted.'
Really, if it's that simple, why hasn't it been done?? Care to explain how/when?
Or is that just another example of more cheap words to get you out of a badly timed swing trade??
That’s partly my point Max,
Logically things must be going well or the minors would not have chosen when they did to bend the management over a barrel ?
Also the stockpiled ore is another superb play incase of any disruption along the way.
All I keep asking myself is, if you bought in the past, why wouldn’t you buy now ?
We are a junior minor now and no near term funding is needed, Yes Atlas are in the background but this can be sorted.
It’s been a bumpy road here for LTH’s but as I see it now is the time to buy and get those averages to a level where a positive update will generate the desired effect.

Are you still in Pecten?
Maxcady 'If they were generating cash they would have announced it.'
They have announced it - they've said sales continue - I.e. sales = cash generation
However, cash generation is not the same as profitable operation. BP will have lost money in H1, if the new plan works, BP will make a modest profit in H2. Whether that equates to the topco (i.e. the thing we have shares in) being profitable in H2 in another matter
Comparing cash flow forecasts from the old plan with the new plan I would say the company will be generating cash right now. The c50% price rise of copper must be helping out massively and be more than adequately covering any additional payments agreed with the mine workers.
AP is doing as he should be atm, keeping things close to his chest until the time is right, I mean he cannot tell shareholders anything without telling Atlas can he. They can wait and so can I,
Imo this is going to multibag and I’m staying put with my VAST tickets where these pickpockets cannot get at them…
Ramp over :-)))
Great day all
