Livestock you would be the biggest comedian on the planet if you said the sp will hit 8p any time soon. In fact there are plenty of ppl throwing sp forecasts out based on nothing. It's all optimistic guess work at the moment. "Potential" is there but until that rns drops confirming what's in the ground everyone is guessing but 8p 10p is very achievable long term if we exceed the higher figure estimates for our DSO but even they're being guessed at the moment. Anyway have a nice day everyone I'm going bass fishing.
Yeah I sold out. You idiot you have no clue but as you are a moron vacuum what would you know? What a waste of space and oxygen you are STYMERS.
I continue to hold and have topped up to 7.4m whilst most of my posts say HOLD or BUY. You continue to live in fairy land and pee off most posters here and GGP after yet another short ban.
Smiller. In answer to your question I think the management of UFO are doing an excellent job in really difficult times. Being a junior explorer in the current climate is extremely difficult. The Donovan2 situation combined with the withdrawal of the silver tailing project should be giving warning signs that things are difficult out there. Market sentiment is low the pandemic is still with us,money is getting tight which all suggests an uphill struggle at the present time. This is all reflected in the share price which doesn’t surprise me in the least.
All this nonsense reporting the price of silver every 5 minutes is just what it is. Ramping nonsense.
Be careful with your money and good luck to you.
If I am wrong and let’s face it non of us know for sure then most of you will make money which would please me very much. AIM can be great fun when you get it right.
PaulQ I agree that when inflation increases/ spending increases then mining and commodities will become popular again but for a more sustained real cycle and the price will rise. There was no reason for UFO to reach 3p a year ago really it was all sentiment driven without any real logic the same with EUA at 40p and GGP at 30odd p . I think they will all return to their highs and above and it will be a real move with real support , just going to take some time. Its caught a lot of people in the red and hence why peoples patience is very thin within the sector.
Its the wider macroeconomic effect that will boost us back aswell!
Chris2 , one could say that Max is overly keen with the posting but he does provide good links to articles and RNS/news which is useful. Can I ask you chris a genuine question and I guess how you respond will determine how I view your future posts. Its true that UFO has dropped alot in a year I am in the red like most but do you believe that is really a result of UFO as a company /management/decisions or because of the wider market dump and pump since covid. UFO is not the only junior miner to have suffered a large drop over the last 12 months or so. Surely its a wider macroeconomic effect wouldn't you agree?
Chris2 did you get you limit buy order of 0.65p filled? No! No one sold at 0.65p. The lowest sell transactions were @0.71p.
The cheapest price to buy yesterday was still around 0.80p.
You should have bought last week on 20th July.
Now what are you going to do?
Getting worried aren't you! Same as the other non-shareholders.
FYI to other shareholder, this is how Chris2 operates:
On 2nd Sept when UFO's SP was 0.63p he wrote:
"I sold in 2 batches. The first was at 0.65 and the second was at 0.63
I have three buy orders in at 0.59 0.60 and 0.61."
Then guess what happened the next day, 3rd Sept?
= The SP went to 0.90p!!! LOL
Max111. You got excited about the price of silver
You got excited about Donovan 2
You got excited about the silver tailings.
3000 posts later and share price drops 78% from last Autumn
And you want to be taken seriously.
I think not.
3000 posts have come to absolutely nothing.
A bit like the share price.
I do fear for you.
And you admit the price fell to 0.65p.
You were laughing at me when I suggested it would get down to those levels.
Who’s laughing now?
The bottom was already in last week on 20th July when it completed its 78% fib retracement move to let the 1 year moving average catch up.
The only person on this BB that stated they topped up right at the bottom was 2020Upside when the SP was 0.725p.
I seriously wanted to top up at that point but didn't have any funds until 2 days ago when I topped up.
Yesterday's RNS also confirmed the bottom was in.
To the unresearched, it seemed like bad news and when they saw the bid went down to 0.65p they sold.
But how many sold at 0.71p?
= There were only 4 transactions totalling just £2,667. Peanuts.
It's generally only the die hards left and we know the incredible upside potential of Hamersley and that the drill assay results are coming as well as a JORC which lead to a revaluation/re-rate and will hopefully put us in a position to attract a JV partner (if not, we take the Fenix route whist proving up the rest of our Iron Ore and Silver & PGMs).
Now what will happen when the people sitting on the sidelines try to buy back their positions?
The SP will run up very quick.
Hence why we have been seeing lots of new & old faces trying to get their limit buy orders filled by using unethical means of lying and deramping rather than paying the market price.
There was heavy buying when the price rose last year, that what made the share price move, not hype. I'm down a bit too, not concerned. The reasons we all bought still hold true today - actually a bit better. Would prefer to be up, expect to be if the DSO number are good.
@livestock I'm 30pc down at present but no its only temporary, its what you get with a junior and the way the market is being man handled atm. All will come out in the wash end of q3 / q4 just like last year but better imo
Steveiom, paulQ
I'm not shorting don't have a trading account to short , I'm down 40% and post as I see it and that's going down more its quite a sad game most play on here ramping the share when its dropped 70% from the 3p bubble , I suppose this post would get 10 up ticks if I say the SP will be 8p tomorrow to suck inexperienced investors in
I hope you make a few quid shorting it Livestock good luck. Personally I'll be keeping a tight hold but if we do get close to 7 it'll be too good a bargain not to top up. Be rude not to :)
Some dumped their UFOs at 0.71 on the opening and bargain hunters bought
and sold as soon as they managed to collect a profit. Oh dear.
AIM is a dangerous game. PROs are the winners on AIM. They have the time
and work in a team while ambitious investors avoid the screen .
with the news on the RNS i only see this going one way plus looking at the charts next week this will be back in the 70p range
Starbright - your focus is so narrow and you still miss many pertinent details - that is why IMO you're either slightly incompetent or perhaps purposefully so - not that I care. Some of your info IS highly useful but requires verification due to these factors. Why is it that you don't seem to inspire confidence in fellow investors despite your self claimed expertise as an 'ex-professional trader'.
As for someone who purports to be so intellectual - why aren't you able to see the importance of gaining knowledge on other areas such as geological, engineering etc. if you want to invest in this sector?
Before you bore everyone with being retired early and wealthy -big deal, I haven't had to worry about money since my mid 30's despite starting life as the child of immigrants.
Unlike yourself - I don't think it makes me better than anyone else as quite frankly far far more to life than accomplishing wealth - as nice as it is to not have to worry about money of course.
Interestingly matters concerning yourself are following the same pattern on GGP, where more than a few are poking holes in your logic. You keep watching kiddo and the questions are all rhetorical - don't bore me with a long winded self-important reply as I am ready to enjoy the weekend lol
StarBright said he sold out, but has been following UFO and now trying to sling mud again to get is limit buy orders filled.
You say, "Remember that these tailings were apparently carved out from Alien’s original EH acquisition back in 2019".
The previous owners of EH KMG haven't owned the tailings for many years, I think over a decade!
Also saying that were dealing with Windfield and Windfield Metals Pty to imply the shares were going to a different entity.
But we have always dealt with Windfield Metals Pty who has never sold 1 share, as I kept on telling you.
And now we have 90% interest in Hamersley.
You are some piece of work StarBright. Very unethical.
And yes, I am in favour of focusing funds on Hamersley rather than buying the tailings. As Eric Sprott said, “When you get one right, you press the bet.”
I’m not surprised that the proposed tailings transaction isn’t going ahead. Remember that these tailings were apparently carved out from Alien’s original EH acquisition back in 2019, ending up in a private company then run by some of Alien’s directors instead. Alien was proposing to pay that same company for the tailings. According to Max111 (this week at least*) "...acquiring the tailings will require a fund raise of well over £1M" Perhaps the related-party transaction disclosures potentially associated with such a placing were too difficult for those involved with questions over the (non)acquisition and subsequent beneficial ownership of the tailings already in the public domain? Easier all round for this to be dropped quietly if so.
Alien is an interesting company with some potentially valuable projects. As I have said previously I am less sanguine about its management and promoters - including those posting constantly here - so content to watch from the sidelines until there is meaningful change.
*Max111's previous position on funding for the tailings project: “…the cash was raised last year to budget for 6 maiden drilling programmes plus 3 resource drilling. Also to pay for the Nueva Andromeda permit and increase our stake in Hamersley to 90% and to have funds to acquire the Elizabeth Hill tailings. Because of this, it will now minimise future dilution if all goes to plan with the tailings.”
silverhorse - here's hoping :-) - not even bothered about it being 'quick' - 12/18 months will do
BBaggins - The markets love quick/easy money - Its very clear bill and rio partnership - Build up the serious cash from iron ore hopefully silver price rises then look at silver mining - If all goes to plan we could smash 10p max111
Pleasantly surprised (not too much tho) that the fact we are concentrating on the iron is being viewed as a positive.
Market seems to be showing 'logic' for once... :-)
UFO Alien Metals has high-grade Iron Ore projects right on Rio's boarder:

Max11 and HH are starting to follow me now - LOL
Good point panderman - silver price will go up, but at the moment its the iron thats why i bought in the first place probably the only person here had my focus on iron - Alot of people here are/where to obsessed with silver
Marvellous, pack up with the tailings and the price goes fiercely up, wonder if there is anything else they should stop doing???
