Thank God I sold a couple the last deals here April 2023 at 237p and July 2023 at 290p
30/10/23 A low of 134p today 200p.
Someone who is a 'double yolker' (Glaswegian slang) means they always project the image of having have the upper hand. They have two yolks, whereas everyone else only has one.
Oxter: The armpit. From the Old English oxta or ohsta. The word oxter is used in certain areas of the world (Scotland, Ireland, Northern England), reminding us that there are many local and colloquial names for parts of the human anatomy.
What?!
Doggy,
Yer have a clever coupon an I dinnae want a skelp on the bahookie but you must be up to yer oxters on this one?
Tricky,
ESL?
"Scootish"?
'Had fell back to 280p buy time I saw it'
'Had fell' is bad enough but using 'buy' instead of 'by' is deplorable.
Sold a traunch for 290p at 2.30pm lifted when having a nap.
Had fell back to 280p buy time I saw it .
But longer term the growth potential here is huge, the global programmatic display advertising market was valued at USD 451.3 billion in 2021, and is projected to reach USD 9473.3 billion by 2031, growing at a CAGR of 35.8% from 2022 to 2031.
Sold that last top up for 237p
212 to 237 = 11.8%
In hindsight would of been wiser to keep topping up hit 205p on 3/4/23.
And a good job I do not look investing.com before buying and selling lol
Technical Analysis.
Topped again at 212p same number of shares each time , at least it is costing less each time lol
Spread is 1.91% today .
Maybe wise to stop now ?
"It would be good to see some Director buying here, to demonstrate some confidence."
===========================================================================
Don't they get lots of free shares or options to buy cheap shares?.....they are much more likely to be sellers for 'tax' purposes!
They demonstrate their confidence through the share buy-back to effectively buy back some of the free/cheap shares that they are given. It's a wonderful scheme.
It would be good to see some Director buying here, to demonstrate some confidence.
Maybe I should look at investing.com before buying and selling in future this has sell all over it .
Its 223p today but was 217p on the 20th ( 3% lower ) within the spread showing 6% above )
TRMR Technical Analysis
Summary:
STRONG SELL
Moving Averages:STRONG SELLBuy (1)Sell (11)
Technical Indicators:STRONG SELLBuy (0)Sell (9)
Topped again at 235p
Good sum up from proactive .
Tremor International Ltd (AIM:TRMR) saw its shares fall in early trading after the company denied that it was currently in talks to sell the business.
The advertising technology company whose directors include Rebekah Brooks, the boss of The Sun newspaper's publisher, was responding to recent press speculation.
The company confirmed it is in discussions with Goldman Sachs as an ongoing financial adviser but “is not currently in a sale process.”
“From time to time, the company receives inquiries, and the board evaluates such inquiries, as applicable, together with its financial advisor,” Tremor said in a statement.
But the company added that it “continues to believe in the stand-alone prospects of the business, and also recognizes its fiduciary duties to its shareholders.”
Shares in Tremor fell 7.2% in early exchanges to 244p in London on Wednesday.
Thankyou bald_eagle.
Would a company be buying own shares ( allowed even ) if in buy or sell talks ?
"Any info on what that speculation is "?
==============================================
Ripley, the speculation according to the RNS is unfounded - possibly some Chinese whispers about an offer for the company (read earlier posts).
I have no idea what following means ".... confirms that it is in discussions with Goldman Sachs as an ongoing financial adviser". This could mean anything.....like how they are going to invest the money they didn't have in SVB!
Topped up again at 245p
Two Rns this morning buy back of shares and press speculation .
Any info on what that speculation is .
Below was in the summer and looks like they were buying up not selling up .
"There can be no certainty that the potential acquisition of Amobee will be completed, and no final terms of the potential acquisition have been agreed".
In hindsight of the following day this would of been the best pick of recent trades I looked at with view to buying on Monday 13th March after the main index panic with Silicon Valley bank collapse ( small tec start up bank ) this the one that fallen most .
But was the most likely affected if things went wrong way .
It had recovered all of the 16% by Tuesday close .
Monday low 222p ( 16% below the top up at 265p the previous Wednesday )
Insiders and "brothers" would of known about SVB two days beforehand .
That is one danger of private investors picking there own shares .
This information from my main broker I share .
Analysts expect the price to increase by 295%.
This is how 6 analysts from global investment banks and brokerage houses are currently rating the stock.
Totally .
Analysts expect the price to increase by 213%.
This is how 1 analysts from global investment banks and brokerage houses are currently rating the stock.
Analysts not named , id guess one would be house broker .
Added more today at *265p hope its a better timed buy then last below 14/11/22 at 286p.
Not a good idea to read to many posts on this site, I only ever skim might find an odd one useful .
AIM is gambling .
Today I skimmed post disliking stti who is not buying these .
Had a look at his advise to buy Totally .
On a positive note, the share buyback gets more bang for its buck after todays results....and using that logic I guess I'm almost looking forward to SP of <100p.
In hindsight the doubters were correct at my last trade on 14th November 2022 .
Down 12% today 280p spread 0.64% .
Rns buy backs still going on .
Looks like this share has been good to me in the past .
Over 800p less then two years back .
Bought again when I saw the company top of today's fallers down 22%. Rns 7am
9.45am *286.6p on a 287p limit, executed immediately a sign its going lower in the past .
Ripley,
The only reason the EBITDA looks so good is because they add back the $31 million the gluttons at the top took for themselves as share-based compensation.
Part of being a good steward of a public company is managing shareholder expectations. These guys got it very wrong, and they gave us guidance for last quarter halfway through the last quarter. Poor managers, vastly overpaid.
