Ohh yes how could we not think of that, they just raised $10 million dollars recently
Stocks bof mcap is too high they havent even got started here yet, the sheer stupidity of people is mind boggling. Do you not engage your brain before opening your mouth? Or is it a surprise to you what comes out when you hear it as well?
I think the question to ask yourseves is about their financial position for funding development
Yep straight from google - "Patent protection is granted for a limited period, generally 20 years from the filing date of the application"
Isn't a patent retrospecitve. ie as soon as you've filed it, if it gets approved, you can retrospectively prosecute anyone who violated it without licence ? In which case they don't have to wait to get going.
They still need patent approval? I think the Mcap is probs too high now here?
Any idea about the timescale this patent approval would take? Thanks in advance
Patent is legal protection, once in depth details registered and approved, NOBODY else can manufacture
an identical product, they would have to be permitted and licenced by TILS to do so for a small fee or
share of the profits of course.
Fingers crossed then mate!
Patent allows them to release their drung for testing....the idea is to save lives by clearing the infection in the lungs!......they will not release their drug without filling patent first, which suggest it works and they want patent before putting out there :)....hope that helps.
Just looking at the RNS today and the mention of the patent approval, does anyone know what benefit this will have if any ??
