If it can be demonstrated to Sirius Minerals that the $600m could be raised they will have to listen.
We are talking to the institutional share holders but need to understand the private investor interest in raising the $600m.
There is a dedicated web site and brief survey here: http://www.fundsirius.com/
Please take a look, take the survey and spread the word. The more interest there is the more chance of a positive outcome.
KEEP REPOSTING,!
Please read this stream. Very interesting.

Just voted No via H/L and completed survey, this opportunity is too good to fail.

"Do you think a raise would not be attempted if the vote is no. "
Do bears still poo in the park !
********
So it is really a vote between the AAL deal and a raise. If you think the raise would succeed vote no.
18 comments On fb so far and tagging other investors in on it. Aaah the power of social media.:-)
You shouldn't have to put out............say a news paper ad to convince PI's ............!
IMO.............!
All the best (although, if any journos are reading :)
both of you............. :()
FFC. Calamari actually made a good post yesterday morning, with a salient point that needs reiterating.
"The blocking threshold is 25% of VOTES CAST. Most PIs will not vote because they don't know what to do or think their holding is too small to count. So the total vote may be as low as 50% of total shares meaning a 12.5% no vote could be enough to block it."
Do you think CF will do the survey . That made me chuckle
All done. GLA
the fundamentals say they will try . and don't forget the likes of Qatar want there bonds covered
"Do you think a raise would not be attempted if the vote is no. "
Do bears still poo in the park !
...and as for investors attempting to stay invested, I totally support that aim.
I don't think it will happen, but you are having a significant effect and that's pretty damn impressive
********
Do you think a raise would not be attempted if the vote is no. The IIs, BoD will just lose everything . Or do you think it will be attempted but fail. Really?
Given that CF will want to protect his share value I wonder if he will take the survey :)
Good man Belles. You don’t have to be a shareholder (or ex) to express interest in funding Sirius. This would be a great way for friends and family of shareholders to get involved and help out shareholders while helping themselves to a good return on their investment.
The more the merrier. Everybody spread the word and let’s get this done. Then Vote NO and turf Fraser and the rest of em out on their ear.
Guys, I sold out here a few weeks ago after losing a bloody fortune. I admire your fortitude and dedication to the cause but maybe its time to cut your losses or take your gains and move on. Without the offer from AA (poor as it is) SM are looking it liqudation. I sincerely hope you all do well but dont let it consume you. I have managed to make a few decent investments since moving on. Believe me there is life after SM. GLA
Been on the Facebook group for 3 hours. Daughter informed me. I have sent it my mates.
