Oilpimp totally agree we all want the best deep down for the share price to prosper. I can also see why a long term holder would vent their frustration on Parsons and the previous board. Hopefully as we move on the journey to first gas and some relative safety then our attention can focus on more pleasurable subjects such as guessing the SP ceiling of a well performing company.
Only a bit of banter pal... Im holding 1. 5m+ of these and been in this dog for many years so want to see some form of return don't get me wrong....good so see positive posts from the likes of you...good luck all... We certainly need it and deserve it...
Trellis the 80 million dollars quoted is not fallacious at all and there are umpteen articles that reported this. Just because you choose not to believe them dies not mean they are inaccurate or do not exist.
I’m hoping to see these figures reconfirmed when the agreement with ONEE is signed off.
Oilpimp nice to see the doom and gloom brigade out in force today ,no doubt the share price going up will upset the apple cart.
Or brickytoon with his billion dollar upside cheddar.... haha
ST123 are you mooncheese by any chance...??
Cheers all very much appreciated
Nelso here is the most recent article on the talks from July and is roughly where I thought we were.

Trellis Ha it was supposed to read beginning not begging (fat fingers again) if I was really trying to emulate Parsons then I would have stated trillions instead.
Nelso again I’m not sure but I would have thought that with the previous work already done and covid permitting then full talks could be concluded this year. Anyone holding now should have the patience to wait a while as the SP will certainly rise rapidly when the deal is announced.
Gregory sorry that’s million not billion. I’m begging to sound like Mr Parsons now. I’m sure he replaced the m on my keyboard for a b.
Thank you mate. what is your thought of a reasonable SP for a months time?
You mean in millions not billions of course..
Nelso, I’m not sure is the answer. I think the talks were going well previously so could be anytime soon. A signed agreement would work wonders and might even manage to lift the mood on this forum.
Hi Sharetrader, sorry a newbee on here, when do you anticipate this being signed?
Oilpimp the 84 billion is in dollars and is a gross not net figure. However the 0.3 billion cubic meters with a take or pay contract is pretty good and the MOU was for a binding agreement. If this gets signed then it will be the making of Sound.
84billion? Even JP didn't ramp that good.... Haha....
Take or pay I was trying to say not take of pay (fat fingers)
Someone asked the question yesterday about the ONEE agreement so I looked it up again. It is pretty good in all fairness as Sound would make 84 billion dollars gross in the first year alone and they had agreed that 0.3 billion cubic meters would be sold on a take of pay basis. This is why I am confident that when signed, this agreement would transform the fortunes of Sound and the share price. Although talks are continuing there is no indication that the agreement will not be concluded and any positive news on this issue would seriously move the share price to far more healthier state and stabilise the journey to first gas.
