Jobbs? I could have got married many times over pal but I choose to be single. There's the difference. I imagine you to be single and not out of choice. I bet you live in the woods alone with your pet badger, Tyson. You clearly don't understand the relationship that some twins have either. It's too complicated for people like you to ever understand so I won't go there. If you do happen to be married then God help your wife or husband - wherever your sexuality lies. I sympathise with him / her and any kids you have too. I'd hate to have a hubby and Dad like you.
Jobbs from memory the day I purchased the sp went from .2 to.7 then back to .3 or .4 as peeps not sure where Indonesia was and someone pointed out we hadn't found anything yet. Bought half on the spike up the rest on the fall back as ****ed off didn't sell at .7...that's not a Mexican hedge just stubborn stupidity.
My brother was correct about his assumptions in regard to Ponkey's sp average, but naturally, you jumped on him for his opinion. Everyone can see that you attack every word that comes out of my brother and my mouth. You say I don't have a clue, but how come I was one of the only investors who called this right. I put my head on the block and predicted 3 dusters and had the patience to invest after the dusters had been announced, rather than throwing my life savings and pension / house on this. You are not man enough to tell us what your average is. I have tens of thousands of shares at a low average. So, I do in fact have a clue and the other thing I definitely have a clue on is you. Got your ticket matey boy.
You need to take a good look at yourself Jez.
Very simple to summarise your position - you are single and live with your brother.
You’ve said before that you aren’t gay (that could have been your saving grace), so you literally cannot find any woman in the world to tolerate you. It says a lot about your qualities.
Filtered.
Jobbs? Take what the Chuckles say very seriously. We have placed our cards on the table for all to see. I.e. I have made my share price predictions in both scenarios. Have you? Of course you haven't because like all good fence sitting, keyboard warriors you are running scared. At least you have made a new mate this morning in Ponkey The Donkey. Glad he has filtered me because he has missed out on months and months of good humour and jokes.
So I was right then, Jobbs?
Mate do us a favour and filter yourself again. You are a boring numpty. Keyboard warrior who is too frightened to have a one-to-two with the Chuckles.
*very temporarily under 4p (not 3p - typo sorry).
Simon - I feel as though too many tolerate idiocy because of good manners. I don’t have those manners unfortunately (Re tolerating stupidity etc), and you and your brother make a LOT of noise without having a clue.
Morning Ponkey. Well done filtering him - I’m a glutton for punishment though!! Probably would be better for all concerned.
Oddly enough I’m in RBD so hopefully WN will work well. Good luck there.
In SOU is your average 4p or about where we are now? Either way you are definitely in the minority and fair play to you.
At least we’ll know what is happening at SOU within the next 2 months or so.
Jobbs bought my original holding pre consolidation at around .4 so 4p new money.Obviously over the years have bought higher but also sold higher so am roughly 2/3p per share in profit.
Jobbs - why are you still hanging around like a bad smell that won't go away? You promised you would check yourself out of this board for the sanity of other investors and no doubt yourself! You seem to jump on every opinion my brother has or makes. Do you have a secret crush on him because you seem to hanker on his every word? I really do hope that Parsons pulls the rabbit out of the hat, but don't hold out for any positive news. I think he has been unable to obtain a satisfactory deal and therefore has been unable to put an offer back to us to vote on. He is clearly up to something in the background, hence his recent trip to Casablanca. Was his trip to Casablanca a trip to discuss listing Sound on the Casablanca Exchange when all this goes belly up. JP was questioned on the Casablanca Exchange at the Balls Brothers Event and he played it down by saying that most of the big companies in Morocco were on it and that he saw no reason why we would ever go on it, but these are desperate times. Some of you have also noted the recent subtle change of words on the website. We have gone from a promise of a LE by year end to 'we expect' and now to 'we are guiding'. It is like saying I will cross the road to I expect to cross the road to I need guidance to cross the road. This all paints a very different message imo. If they are going long, I wish they would just put us all out of our misery and radio silence which is crushing the sp and our hard earned savings. This stiff upper lip attitude of discover, rinse and repeat is a signal in my opinion that they are going long which would be a complete and utter betrayal of the private investor and the promises that were made of creating a legacy not only for those invested in Sound, but for the children of those invested. The closer we get to the end of the year, the closer we will all get to seeing how this will be played out. Silence prior to results is never a good sign on AIM.
Jobbinscl, I am not sure what Jez has been saying as I am obviously weak as I filtered him along with a few others ages ago but I would make a couple of points, namely I have not sold my core holding as I believe the sp is undervalued and we will get an outcome of sorts and for some time now have posted why I think 50p is still a possibility, also I have not purchased anymore as why....increase my average..ha ha..but seriously because any spare cash I have for investing has gone into ujo were -excuse o/t- I trust the CEO...no I don't learn and I believe in their assets but like sound they need to go through a few hoops before they do or indeed do not take off-a sort of hedge against sound failing or as we would call it in my old City trading days-a Mexican hedge.
Such a g1mp Jez. It is pathetic.
I was trying to have a decent conversation Jez. You couldn’t help yourself to fling insults at others. Unfortunately 50 years of neuro programming has left you this way.
Do you actually think Ponkeys average is under 4p? But he has bought on the way up? I think he possibly means he has 3p profit left??? Otherwise he’d definitely have the lowest average possible. I think the SP was only very temporarily under 3p (3p equivalent pre consolidation).
Jobbs,
More than happy to meet you and we can iron out our differences face-to-face. You can meet my twin brother too if you're really lucky. Just don't find yourself trapped in the middle of us.
Jobbs, disagree. We ARE all stranded including yourself. I suspect that your share price average is higher than where the current share price sits? Therefore, using your own thought process, you should sell-up. Or are you like me and many others in that you are prepared to take the gamble. The answer is that you are prepared to take the gamble. So actually, you are just like me regardless of your average. In Ponkey's case, he is very fortunate to still be in profit. I'd take the profit on Monday AM and retain my 3p average. That's all I'm saying. He may be prepared to take the gamble too, but why take it when he has already made loads of money from investing and trading in SOU? He'll one bag his investment and he'll never know what it's like to be in negative territory, which the vast majority of us are sat in.
Typical Jobbs. Never fails to use another person's comments to take yet another cheap pop at them. Ponkey IMHO should shave the profit before it whittles away. Nothing wrong with that. That's helpful advice if you ask me.
Yes, the old romantic in me still believes there is an outside chance that I may see my money back. Any profit would of course be welcomed. I've come this far so am willing to take the gamble. Ponkey could top slice, take some profit whilst still retaining his 3p average but with less shares.
Jobbs? May I remind you again to stop taking personal digs at people who have an opinion that you don't agree with. It's very ungentlemanly to say the least. It is you who is disliked on here because of your attitude towards others. You are a wind-up merchant and you should give serious consideration to blocking yourself again to release us all from the burden of your diatribe.
Just re reading your comment Jez.
Why is ponkey not man enough and why throw that comment in about people jeopardising their relationships?? This is partly why you are so disliked - cos you have a real b1tchy streak running through you.
Fair enough Jez. I understand your stance.
BUT no one is stranded. If you fear/expect the value of your asset will fall farther then there is no logic in holding, and it is irrelevant whether you are in profit or not.
It must be that the old romantic in you is still expecting (or hoping) for some sort of positive resolution............I know I am.
Ponkey is still in profit and I'm not. Simples. He should take the profit before it goes, which it will.
I am stranded like many others, waiting.....hoping.....that I'll see my money back.
I'm not one for throwing in the towel and would rather lose my money then admit defeat and take a huge paper loss. Hence loss. I'm also man enough to deal with the loss unlike some on here who jeopardise their personal relationships.
Jez- not jumping on this because it is you.....:honest!
Why don’t you sell up then? What is the difference between Ponkey selling and you? The average is irrelevant if you are so concerned about preserving cash.
I hear what you say, Ponkey, but many people invested their hard earned money on the back of what JP et al were saying at the various investor events and fireside chats etc.....myself included. What has happened in layman's terms is that the share price has dropped from beneath us and has in a way left us stranded with relatively high share price averages, hoping that one day soon we will at least get our money back. Any profit would of course be a bonus, but many with averages above 50p don't hold much hope of ever seeing their dosh again given the current share price.
If what you say is true and you have a circa 3p average then why oh why didn't you cash your chips in when the price was 100p? You must have lost tens of thousands of pounds out of pure greed.....and yet you have the gall to come on here and dictate to people how they should behave. You must surely appreciate the frustration and disappointment that exists right now? It's palpable and that's because we have been let down by Parsons and our lives are worse off because of it. My advice to you is to sell up before it's too late. Take the money before it goes on the news of us going long.
JTF
As an addendum I would also add that I cannot believe that the combined experience and self vested interest of Ogif,Schlum, the Moroccan government plus BOD members with out the water options are not working their b.....cks off to find the best deal possible and this talk of running the coffers down to line pockets is(imo) childish tantrum "speak".
Finally yes I admit I am better off here than some who I genuinely feel very sorry for but the point of my post is not to score points as whilst physically I have not lost-yet-I am gutted not to have what I would have if I sold at 100p in my bank account and yes in its own way I am feeling pain due to my "greed" for personal planning .
As a very long term holder with a still substantial position,I am as p....ed off with the current share price as anyone else still in and I'm still 3p in profit and therefore consider myself one of the lucky ones as with what I have realised over the years if it goes to zero I will still have not lost money due to what I have traded or taken out. That all said and done it is human nature to say why didnt I sell at 100,90,80,60 etc in exactly the same way as a lot will be saying why did I buy at 60,70,80 etc. Reason (imo) greed and trust-well the greed is down to us individuals the trust is something more or less tangible and right now that is what it boils down to. No-one is going to buy here unless they still believe an offer will be forthcoming so those who wish to exit at this price have a problem as the volume is extremely low and sellers are selling into a vacuum hence an sp of 6/7p. But is that what the company is really worth?? who knows I certainly dont't think so but then again I'm not adding here-hence inertia.
IMV I still firmly believe there is value ,way above the current sp for the T5 horst alone and if you add in all the work done so far,Sidi and the licensence area then I still see an offer will be tabled. All this b.....t talked about action groups, deliberate theft, lining pockets may make some feel better but will it achieve anything-NO. I suggest if you really feel so strongly look at yourself in the mirror and ask yourself who ultimately made the decision to invest in this company.....we all knew the risks just some seem to convienently wish to forget that point-so either capitulate or let this play out as surely weren't the majority here investing for the magical "LE".
