@Brand, no CEO has a business plan to be taken over. Therein lies disaster!
If you are waiting for a takeover bid, you will take you eye off the ball and will make mistakes.
For me, I want my BOD to use all the company's assets to the best advantage and to enhance shareholder value over time.
We seem to have a very active and engaged BOD who are doing exactly that. Yes, there may be a bid sometime, but SNG will be in a strong position with the management in place to fully market our drug. This will be an additional asset available to any would be bidder and it has to be value enhancing.
If you're interested in creating a bidding war this is exactly who you want stirring the pot and waving the Synairgen flag to drive as much interest as possible....
This isn't someone you hire if your planning to be taken over imho

'measly 1000'. please note this is not about Joker. This is about 'measly 1000.' I just want to say, from my perspective, 1000 shares is not 'measly'. I'm not buying and selling shares to make millions - or retire - or have a life-changing experience (and I know that no matter how much money I have I will still be the same w***er I am now) - I just personally think 1000 shares in Synairgen could turn into £10,000 and that would be great. I would love to be in that position! But I guess everyone has their own endgame and ambitions etc. No criticism of anyone intended. Just a thought.
Good spot massiveray.
A measly 1000 shares... and jokers embarrassing himself on here daily, whilst irritating serious investors all because he lost his pocket money! Hahaha that's really made me laugh.
Woody, joker is ****ed off with sng and ncyt because he bought in there at £9 and took a hit, he also bought in sng at above £2 and sold at a loss and now he's annoyed that he didn't buy back in sub £1... reading through his earlier posts back in jan/Feb explains his gripes with both companies..

"Breatheasy you are the oracle of the bb's, I dumped my synairgen after buying above £2 thought it was finished, I almost bought a 1000 shares at close but still seemed to high, I keep thinking a 1000 shares might get me my loss back if it gets approval and whooooooosh"
Shame they're not looking for any cleaners we could volunteer the resident numpty 'joker' for that prime position.. he'd probably screw that up too.
Only one man for the job-Dominic Cummings-Oh how he would love to prmote a life saving Covid19 treatment the Govt he once worked for seemed to ignore
About us: Synairgen is a respiratory-focused pharmaceutical company preparing to launch SNG001 for the treatment of COVID in the US, UK & EU.
Further, when did me start referring to ourselves as a pharmaceutical company as apposed to a drug discovery company. Perhaps I've not noticed before, either way, its encouraging.
They sound VERY confident!
Is this today’s news ?
If it is it’s another massive nudge in the right direction and shows that the company must be extremely confident. Ducks lining up and all that. Well spotted .
YESSSSS, this has been my only gripe with the company.
Excellent news!!!!!!!!
Good find! Thank you

I reckon pmjh should definitely send his cv in for that one!
He'd certainly get plenty of glowing references and is already more knowledgeable on nebulised interferon and the company than most..!
