Freaky, they're all got their snouts in the same trough funded of course by peeps!
If JP had any balls he would have ousted AB a long time ago. He might actually gain some respect back. I believe it was AB pushing for LCCM.
feel not fell
Topic of Alan Broome certainly passed the day,we know JP reads this board so must be delighted flak is directed away from him. Should we now start on him and Brendagate but I fell we would need a week to dissect that one.
But he himself is doing a good job - non?
Don't think we can have anymore damage done to us that will affect the SP. While we hold the assets this is bottom.
Excess baggage and needs to be dumped before he causes irreparable damage to the company/shareholders..
Lupidog, it passed him by as he was busy neglecting the DD on LC and lining his pockets as Chairman of SML and NAE.
How, with all of that experience did Brendagate happen?

They talk about shareholder value....quickest way to double the SP, RNS that Alan Broome has either retired or resigned.
A small list of AB's experiences:
Endocal
Jatenergy
Jupiter Mines
Buccaneer Energy
Solid Energy
Endocoal parted ways: https://www.miningmonthly.com/markets/international-coal-news/1301449/broome-resigns-endocoal-board-egm

Its ok Lupidog,DD not a strong point of our BOD either.
AB's track record is available for all to see, either he is forced out or his team resign. Watch the AGM again and tell me he isnt delusional.

If anyone else finds anything untoward that our self-declared illustrious BoD have been involved in, publish it on this board, thereby providing investors an insight into their self-purported acumen for commercial success.
I now stand at fault. I did not do enough DD on our leadership team. It will take a while to go through all of those companies the impact of our illustrious leaders on each one. Are we just another cash cow to be milked dry or do they bring something of substance to the table we have yet to see?
It is so disappointing how this is starting to unravel...
Not large enough for his ego - and his bank account.
Precisely Lupid, Im willing to bet he has got his finger in the pie of every **** up that has happened here. I cant believe the Manners are sitting here thinking this is a good guy to have in charge of a company with one of the largest TIn deposits in the world.
Does the finance director ring any bells? "Finance director Dean Gallegos told CBD the timing was a coincidence." and then over at Mustang "Mustang Energy PLC Dean Gallegos, Managing Director"
He has been ousted from quite a few boardrooms since 2007 but we are stuck with him.
Broome is the one who concerns me most: he’s always exhibited a slyly untrustworthy persona - and clearly his past form is testimony to said description.
There is just too much shenanigans between brenda, Jp being a part timer, PW rolled out to keep shareholders at bay at the first sign of an uprising. and AB lining his pockets on both sides of every deal.
oh and, this isnt alan broomes first run in with shareholders:

In the past (not sml) I have had to contact my broker to get them to vote for something specific. Don't normally bother as, one my shareholding in most companies is insignificant and two, I usually can't be hassled! Might give the BoD here something to think about though......
