Companies House now show accounts Apr thru to Dec 22 now due end of December.
They seem to have assembled quite a team as per details to be seen on the website. Recruitment continues with platform engineers etc, all details via website or their LinkedIn page. They have a shortened financial year for 22 from April until December. According to Companies House those accounts are due for publication end of this month. There should be some kind of statement within the results on the development and progress of the business. Whether they can say too much at this stage remains to bed seen.
Has anyone had any joy reaching out to the company for any progress updates?
A lot of tiding up of the corporate side of the Company. Release finally of year end accounts April 22. Changed subsequent financial years to Jan to Dec with shortened period last year to April until December. Change of Co secretary and release of major holders with the annual statement. With the Times article it is suggested they are near to closing major pharma deals to take advantage of their unique IP. Hopefully we may see some news of this quite soon
The document provides details of holdings above 5 per cent and amongst others Alex Snow has invested and holds 250 m that’s 2m quid at the 008 pence per share.
Accounts year has changed to Jan to Dec with April to Dec 22 being a shortened year for accounts as per document filed at Companies House.
Kate Bingham: we have a golden opportunity to give the NHS a hand
to take advantage of its partnerships with the NHS trusts and as per statement with accounts releases the Co plan to concentrate on UK operations.

Accounts and accompanying statements now available to view at Companies House website.
At long last the Co has lodged the accounts year ending April 22, when they were a listed Co with Companies House and according to the message on that site, they should be available within 10 days. Laura Hillier has also stood down as Company Secretary, that was in a separate notification published last week.

You never know, I bought 216269 shares at a cost of £1282.68 near the day of suspension so my average is 0.59p, it was always a very long term put for me as its in my LISA, still another 18 years till I can cash it in so in I'm in no hurry, lol, fingers crossed.
Not sure what the relevance of this is but I did notice yahoo finance has the daily share price of Arcturis, not much happening but the price changed from 0.0035 to 0.0051 on the 22nd of Feb?

At my average of 1.78 p, I’m certainly hopeful of a good return one day.
I'm not holding my breath that we will ever see any value here even if at some point Arcturis was to relist on the LSE, the below is taken from the Times article so anyone holding at suspension will have been diluted to oblivion as part of the refinancing deal.
"As part of the crucial refinancing, Arcturis secured about £24 million through three tranches of convertible shareholder loans, but this largely wiped out existing shareholders, including the NHS trusts and Drayson and his wife."
Enjoyed reading the article. Reassures me that the company will do well over time. (Another 2 /3 years). Alex snow is looking to build and sell when the time is right. A nice earner for everyone!
Great, thanks!

Current environment not very conducive to securing finance/doing listings or other such high-impact financial transactions.
Need to wait for the war to end/US presidential race outcome as a catalyst at a minimum. My personal view is towards 2025.
Anyone have access?

Not as far as I know. Looks like Alex is focusing on rebuilding the company at the moment. The last communication I received from the company said the total amount of shares in issue now stands at just over 4bn. Let’s hope the new outfit will be worth at leat £4bn when we go for IPO, that’s if they decide to do so.
Any news when company will relist and we will
Get our shares transferred?
