NAV and sale valuation are two completely different things. I work in gaming and Leap have a good product that big players are using…matter of time
Hopefully, once we get out of this market-wide sell off that may announce some news :)
You could well be right, once again it seems to be an excuse after excuse, they must of known this, same for Leap, spouting figures is very easy, getting them confirmed seems to be the problem with Seed and whom there investing in, this is why i wonder if ED is pulling the strings or is he just the puppet ?
Yooma results were due by May 2nd..
....audit remains ongoing due to the Company’s growth and acquisition activity in 2021. Although the audit continues to progress well, it has taken longer than anticipated due in large part to the six significant
acquisitions completed by the Company in 2021, which have transitioned the
Company into a global wellness platform with substantial operations in five
different countries, and the additional time required by the auditor to complete the audit procedures associated with those acquisitions.
Not many here will have ever been involved in a suspended company that are going to release Q4 revenues that are going to be larger than their suspended mcap.
All will be revealed over the coming week.
I agree, Leap is the only thing likely to shift the sp at present
Cannabis out of favour at the moment
Eurox update put circa £2m onto Seed nav, what did the market do ?? dropped sp by about £1m
I did red flag Yooma few weeks back that there update was 8 weeks late, on here told that was expected cos takes more time to do full results, i didn't buy that excuse really as they updated the quarter before no probs, i just hope they can sort this mess out in quick time, lets see how things look at the end of Q2, i fear not much difference unless good news on Leap
found it
Leap was "Independently valued and audited by Scalar" for the valuation included in the Interim accounts to Sept 21
Also fyi Yooma is worth £165K to Seed at its present sp,
Yooma market cap CAD$ 6m
Lets see what the accounts bring, they were confidently predicting revenue for Q4 north of 6m CAD $
According to Seed's accounts it is a fully independant valuation of Leap, If I remember rightly in a interview Edd even said which firm did it
It includes the Leap figure from the Interim results Dec 21 which is too up to Sept 21
Seed's 43.4% worth £9,254,000 ( making Leap in total worth circa £22m)
Since then Seed have taken a further 3.66% making there stake worth just over £10m
So either the Leap valuation is correct and the market values everything else at zero, or Leap is worth zero and the rest of the pf is worth £10m
Or more likely the market is valuing everything at 50% to be on the safe side
The 3.66% is extremely relevant if you have done any deep digging
Sept ‘21, leap valuation..?
just on the figures posted below there just a little worse.
LGP 0.31 Aud
PRTG $6.20
but things can change in the next 24 hours, for the better i hope, GLA.
I don't think Seed have ever really had a proper valuation of Leap made public, they just say its undervalued like the rest of the PF, so if you would like a guess go ahead.
Bunsenburner...clueless when you were last here and equally clueless today. Do some research on Leap.
If that includes an updated Leap valuation, why am I hear ramps of $100m sale or IPO price of Leap. Someones hardly going to buy it at a massive increase to the businesses recent valuation...?
It's reacted to something, 50% below nav with the below included at those sp,s the nav is still 10.11p
Leap last reported sept 21
Huge upside imo
Yooma @ 0.06 Cad
Lgp @ 0.35 Aud
Portage @ $6.63
Eurox upgraded to £4.2m as update
Seen some posts about the NAV. I’ve not been in here for a while but Jeez. Yooma 0.06p (was 0.30p & that was a huge drop). LGP - SEED have a large investment here, that was 0.70p. Now 0.30p.
SP of SEED was around this price many months ago when I was in.
Anyone care to explain why SEEDs SP hasn’t reacted accordingly to the drops in two of their top investments, bar Leap...
