a small positive reaction from last night rather than the falls after one of Cliff's presentations. In our leader we trust.

Now I feel really stupid. I am trying to watch LD on Proactive, but I am going round in circles coming back to where Roses link took me in the first place, which tantalisingly mentions the One2One virtual Forum but only lets me watch an exert of the 16th April 2020 discussions. Can someone give me a link or can you only watch if you were signed up before hand. Thanks for your help.
Slow initially due to safety concerns so now fine
That makes sense to partner on scib1 as it’ll maybe involve scib2 and covidity too. Leaves mod1 and mabs to run with. Brilliant
Miovace I think that was referring to going up against the Pfizer type companies and their time frames
Miavoce - You highlighted the main take away message :
Interesting comment LD made when talking about whether they would partner on Covidity....she said maybe partner on Covidity or on the DNA vaccine platform ....clearly she believes that the world needs a DNA vaccine platform that works i.e. Immunobody...
Miavoce
Which is interesting given she also said BioNTech were partners for SCIB2. I wonder whether there is acknowledgements that mRNA vaccines may be a temporary fix and that BioNTech may need to look for something a bit more robust and sustainable. Obv from a financial perspective mRNA vaccines are a cashcow, but they're unsustainable in the long run if they only last 6 months at a time. As we've shown with SCIB1, the efficacy of DNA vaccines can last far longer....
Interesting comment from LD regarding the fact that they had considered stopping the vaccine work several times but had decided to progress due to the strength of their platform in generating T Cell responses as well as antibody.
She corrected it to 16 patients dosed so far and now increasing rapidly.
Modi1 in mouse trials saw tumour melt away in 4 days...WOW
LD doesn't believe that mRNA platforms needing 6 monthly boosters are the way forward, hence her comment on potentially doing a partnership deal on the DNA platform...
Same slides as the AGM but well worth a listen - so much more info was given !!
Despite my initial gasp at the 14 pts ( now clearly explained and NOT an issue ) Im very pleased with progress on all fronts .
Interim data will be given on the trials with Covidity data expected jan/ feb

Patients already lined up for modi1 trial
I got the feeling that a commercial partnership in the mAb space may not be too far away...
Hasiba,
Not a problem in the slightest. :)
“No one in the industry has seen results any where near that of modi1.”
You could tell she could hardly contain how good it is !
Very good on many fronts…
So far no toxicity what so ever on 14 patients jabbed with Covidity.
Acceleration of recruiting for Covidity fron now on and expectations of results end February 2022.
Three products by end 2021 in clinical trials
Partnerships on two fronts in the strategy/.plans
Owen asked good questions….thank you
Good to hear that there have been no toxicity issues with SCOV. Reason for the recent advert for trial participants is that they had to start slowly (dose one person and then wait a few days before dosing the next) but now that toxicity is OK they can accelerate. Things are where they should be (according to LD).
