FWIW (Which is not a lot) my view is that: I agree with Thoth2 etc that the Science is the foundation on which the company (house) is built, and the science is great (at the moment), having great foundations is great in itself, a big pharma may see the potential and buy it I also agree with brighty, Aber, Nicksmith (etc) that PR is the key. The house may be solid but it needs carpets, decorating, garden designed and kept well manicured, make the finishing top spec. Make it desirable to buyers. This bit is called PR. To maximise the saleability and the price both are vital to keeping SAR on big pharma's (and Institutional Investors) interested and wanting to buy. This creates a market, thus pushing the price up. It is incredibly frustrating. We've lost control of 737 and we've lost control of flt3. SAR do not have a good track record of decision making when it comes to deal making. To use another analogy: I may be brilliant at building houses, but a sh*t decorator. Is my house going to be more desirable than the one next door, where the house is sh*t but the decorators amazing. At best mine would be seen as a doer upper and would not be worth top dollar. It's so frustrating!!!! But as usual I can see the SP dropping possibly to .68/.70 region before gaining 30% back to the low / mid .90's, the slow slide back to .68/.70 then repeat until somebody buys us. (Which they will). The question is how much will be sell for? Will we get top dollar or will be bought as a doer upper. Either way upside is massive, it's just the wait for a buyer that's frustrating. (AIMHO DYOR)
Hear hear Nick.
In a good debate somebodies opinion may differ from somebody else's.so we have argument from both sides each stating their case with the evidence they have. This opens the debate up to allow the audience to make up their own minds.
Some on her see sareum through rose tinted glasses, others do not.
We make up our own minds based on the various contributions to the debate
Interesting and guess what he is conspicuous by his absence.
Bobbler - fair point, but unfortunately i don’t think that’s the case most of the time. Biotechs fail all the time, even with great science. It’s about good management, strong finance and most importantly... timing! (SNG).
I want SAR to succeed, i’m invested. I just hope commercially they know what they are doing!
Nick. Maybe the key point is Sareum are NOT playing the AIM game? Personally I think that’s a good thing, science will drive the share price, sentiment might play a part but only for a short term gain. Ultimately, big pharma are almost certainly aware of Sareums molecules. If an offer is made to purchase the company or enter a license agreement it will be made based purely on the science. Large pharma will have teams dedicated to researching and investigating potential targets for M&A. Big pharma don’t part with cash for any other reason than the science, there not swayed by fancy PR. Science is what there buying.
Turd's regurgitating, tides turning, fingers crossed
Th2 Noted ;)
GLALTH's
Jinky /Thoth - Darkhorse makes some relevant points.
While some of the LTH undoubtedly have some great knowledge, especially behind the science, you seem blinded by science alone.
Your points on VAL are exactly this... you may be right about their board, the science ... but you’re not right about not being invested. Someone who invested in June in Val and sold out today would potentially be rich.
Science you may be good at... but playing AIM, being an investor... that’s a different thing.
The business is not acting commercially and this can’t be good for its shareholders. Science alone wont push the share price, it needs to behave as commercial business if it is playing the AIM game.
SAR have stated they don’t have any information on SRA737 more than what we all know. Yet some LTH are determined they do and therefore blatantly lying to us. Sierra have stated that they are not concentrating on on SRA737 - yet some LTH believe that they secretly are. Sounds rather ridiculous?
Fadec92 made some relevant points on pfizer’s Tyk2 developments, yet this conveniently ignored by some long term holders.
Your posts are valuable but at times you are ramping and trying to convince (yourselves probably more than anyone) with science that is not directly related to Sareum and in turn trying to make distant links.
When others make some fair points ... (and copy and pasting from SIERRA or Sareum is valid as much as or more than just opinions to make points) - you dismiss at hand or talk gibberish in latin. Rather pointless.
Or even more Cluedo... darkhorse is paid to spend his time on a SAREUM board.
All investors want to see a share price increase. LTH aren’t better shareholders than short term. Those that disagree with you are not less valuable on this board, if their points are valid and backed.
There is some news that SAR will hopefully bring over the coming months, but who knows if it will be too late by then to really drive any share price action. They don’t do themselves any justice, and fail to give themselves a good platform from which a share price can take off.
Who ever is sending you this drivel for posting isn't that good really.
You are being pimped for peanuts.
I think there are several links in the post from jinky
Darkhorse, I received this email reply on the 26/08/2020 from ICR, you have seen this now for the third time. You are a waste of space.
Dear John
Thank you for getting in touch, and apologies for the delayed reply to your email. The only information I have to go on is that from the ClinicalTrials.gov entry of the trial I think you’re referring to: https://clinicaltrials.gov/ct2/show/NCT02797977 This states that the trial is no longer recruiting new patients, but that it is still active – which often means participants are still in active follow-up and the scientists are still analysing the data.
We’ve got a few news stories about pre-clinical and early clinical studies of SRA737 that you might find interesting, which you can find here:
- https://www.icr.ac.uk/news-archive/asco-2019-drug-targeting-dna-damage-response-shows-promise-against-cancers-of-anus-and-genitals
Sorry I couldn’t give you any more detailed information, but I hope that’s somewhat helpful.
Best wishes
Sarah

Disagree. -01 trial finished update in june. 02 ongoing suggests ongoing benefit to some participants longer than expected

Trial still active. Still being funded. Rant all you want for your agenda. When the uk clinical trials database changes its mind then i may too.
Who funded the recent/current trials and now the analysis of the same trials ?
Don't look for a cut and paste answer there is isn't one.

Sra141 was handed back.
737 they continue to fund trials in the uk. You would not continue to fund trials for no reason.
mirumque singula ipsum, arce PLENNUS.
You don't know that they have chosen not to do so. Opinion and guessing again.
It looks like it was aborted as never mentioned or posted on here in the past.
Interesting as to why.
You state old news, that wasn't the question. The question was in the previous post as follows.
Bit puzzled, is this something that was planned in March then aborted??
