To get in this one
its only american accounts that cannot trade for six months British accounts can
If your broker or bank doesn't trade Canadian shares and you want to open an isa on share.com
Im aware we cant trade them for 6months.
Hello all, i have held Salv for around 3years, i hold the shares through a Barc ISA share account. I also have a share dealing account with Interactive Investor. Does anyone have any insight on how we will trade the Portage shares once the deal goes through?
well why has the share price not rocketed if it is going to go like that very soon?
Just issued an email out about the "possible demerger" - due to get the Portage shares on the 1st October assuming that it passes the AGM vote.
what are you predicting / aiming for wadnob?
Looking more healthy
11 days to go! I'm looking forward to the reaction following this meeting.
Going to get VERY exciting here indeed. Free float near ZERO. Intensity Therapeutics on the cusp of transformational times which would have #salv in a VERY privileged position to say the least
They won't be able to hold this down. #intensity NEWS will have #SALV opening on multiples & that is not ramping. Cancer tumour breakthrough = HUGE upside not to mention majors wanting it. No wonder Jim Mellon all over this & hence the reason he's a billionaire
With #intensity on the cusp of potentially announcing a breakthrough in cancer tumours SALV will go mental. SALV own 9.2% Free float only prob 2 million. Deal equates to portage = £1.42 Intensity Therapeutics announcement will be £££££££
Not for me too much risk. Good luck on here
I'm inclined to agree that there will be a big sell off in Portage once the shares are transferred, as Salv investors take their profits, however in the medium term the Portage price will be determined initially by the outcome of Intensity Therapeutics, which will probably be the first of Portage's investees to return capital, all being well. If Intensity does reveal some trial results in the autumn, and those results are good, the Portage sp will seem low even without a sell off, givens Intensity's potential.
After researching this company I'm not sure it's such a certainty that the profit will be as people expect. Yes if I buy now , before 16th Sept I will receive shares in the Canadian company. But I won't be able to sell easy and it's a huge dilution on their total shares. If everyone sells to make a profit I believe their price .Will collapse very quickly. I value any comments from investors. Regards
I've been watching this share for a few days after researching the company. I have a question for you long term investors. Why is share price so low considering what's been said in recent RNSs. Many thanks
I'm a bit of a novice at this game and I have a small holding in SALV. What happens to SALV shares if there is a takeover by Portage. Is the transfer automatic? What are peoples views on what will happen with this share?
Any help or advice is greatly appreciated.
The free float stands out a mile here given the news on its way.
2 million free float. With slight volume will be £1+ Imagine the intensity announcement on a cancer tumour breakthrough. Will go MENTAL
Thanks all. Much appreciated.
