Absolutely correct.....exactly what the company needs ....cash in the bank account. Also shows confidence in the company.
Thare are three directions now of news flow going forward, Geo, Cloud and P2. There will be RNS's flowing which will keep holders interested in not selling, and enchorage new investors. WHATS NOT TO LIKE!
Managed to get 2 x £2k then the brakes put on!! Grrrrr
TLM
Just tried to buy, £16k, £15k and all the way down to £2k worth and just can't get any, what's going on??? Someone hogging these for a reason....

Ncyt, Eua and Tils both had warrants being exercised before their big rises this is cash on the balance sheet can only be a good thing.
Joe
I agree providing whoever has the new shares does not want to make a quick 40% profit and dumps them onto the market.
Cashing in warrants at this price compare with current sp is a good sign of confidence for the future. Aimho
Anyone know how many more warrants there are in issue, apologies if been asked/answered before.
As they seem to be exercising warrant after warrant I hope they put some of that in the bank for support going forward and to stop them needing to fund from elsewhere, I think it's a good thing. GLA

JRT: agreed. They had £360k cash position towards the end of September 2020. Add in £200k and that should cover the costs of getting P2F into production. There is a further £500k in warrants if things really take off. Essentially a delay of 4-6 weeks between now and November end (they have stated delay will be at most November end; there is a sense of purpose and urgency in the RNSs, hence I don’t believe it will be delayed that much).
I see this as a positive the day after 100% acquisition of P2F is announced they free up cash which is I can only assume going to be pumped into push P2F forward.
Sort of levels out, dilution, but more cash in the bank, so company worth more.
Agree better than a placing but it's new shares issued and this has a dilutive effect which we have just seen...however the company is in a very different place now with many business opportunities to grow revenues
