For any newbies take a look at CV/Biography of Dr Toby Bradbury, CEO from June 20.
Qualified mining engineer.
History [35 yrs] of deep mining experience and mine turn round -- see Shanta Gold.
He has been brought in to do a repeat on RMM. My money is on him being successful.
Do not feel Lombard have done right by selling so I am holding my investment here.
Itsagame your right 6.5m was a buy. MM as you say producing mine just need to get the cost down. The non core asset will bring 3.5m draw down debt. Nice buying yesterday and held most of the gain so not a p&d should see continuous rise Monday. Equity raise is the dark cloud just timing on the RNS about finance sorted should boost the share price then the raise hope it plays out that way
So is this a good investment or not? I am getting mixed messages here. I bought in at 0.42p reading the assets the company has - 100% owned copper play in Canada. They also have a gold nugget pond. So I bought in since it only has 1.327 bn shares- lot better than many companies with 3bn, 4bn,13 bn shares. The metals market will only improve in 2021 according to Goldman Sachs on more dollar fears and economic situation worsening. Hope I made the right decision for 2021. In 2 months I see that will be. So hoping for 1.5p with all the cooper/ gold they still got. Equity raising will be out towards working capital - mining, etc. That's my take on this . Any comments welcome.
The million dollar question is the placing price. 60p and above we aren't looking too bad. @ 30p it will be beans for the kids! Not too worried on LO selling out as I have been in some successful stocks where they have done the same. I am not kidding myself though this for me is red or black situation.
It may rise, it may not doo. U can't say for certain really. When there's a fear of dilution through placing. 6.5 million is huge raise. I can see twitter group jumped in low and suddenly twitter became active ramping with no rns. Tr1 showing reduce in holdings suppose to be bad news. I guess investor can take up those sold shares but it doesn't ignore the fact that equity raise is still happening.
once the tr1 comes in , with LO finished selling , this will rise quickly imo
The price had dropped due to LO selling. Also LO may not sell all, or could sell into the rise. Why take a loss when u can sell into the rise. Secondly potentially LO selling along side huge dilution as they planning on 6.5 million pounds equity raise. So potentially LO and more equity share could dilute the share price. Copper is strong but somewhat has retraced back over the past few days. So its an interesting watch. Would be less risky if there was no equity raise but doesn't help with magnitude of the raise that's coming at an unknown price at the moment.
