Not wrong there Moljen
Is the dam wall failing now as the reality kicks in over the need for a placing rather than the wishful thinking of a producing RHA, signed EPO, JV announcement and Circum sale?
25% discount from here is low 6's, who's betting against it now apart from the inaction action group?
Come on boys & girls we need another rampathon marathon in the next few days as it must hack you off so much for me to be on the right side yet again.
See didn't get an answer from SK as to how his call went, think says it all ... some very unhappy large holders contemplating over coffee this morning I hear on the grapevine
So I guess none of the white elephants that GR continually touts about has come to fruition .. EPO, Circum and RHA. Must mean a new round of dilution as talent needs to be remunerated after an exhaustive Xmas and New Year.
Very fair assessment of epo Acker.
Forget Circum, nothing happening there. Last week or so was all about a pump to allow certain people to make a few quid prior to the upcoming placing.
Think you'll find those that shouted loudest now hold the least and all the while the sheep continue to bleat .... mind you still good money to be made selling now as this ones going to be 25-40% discount to have any hope of getting away.
SK, you had your call yet ... just a few more weeks needed lol
Any monies from Circum will make their way to the bank of GR somehow.
Shareholders will get nothing IMO.
No cash, no cash incoming in the short term and a loan to pay imminently. Not good.
Decent assets, poor management and lots and lots of wasted shareholders cash. Although I am sure GR would say the money has been well spent!
Re-invest what exactly?
Circum 2017, 18, 19 & now it's Circum 2020 ...... pipe dreams I'm afraid, only things to focus on here are 31st Jan $350K due to Regent and nothing, absolutely nothing, on the horizon vi.z a viz. revenue generation for at least another quarter. Placing, placing, placing is all you need to worry about for now and at what price, not touching this with the barge pole till 0.000625 and even then assess when it arrives.
Why cash out Circum? Perhaps due to GR reputation , there is no money he cant burn.
Some sensible sense advise to re-invest though..
i agree with ACKER , Circum was originally ZULU DFS money but GR spent it hoping for a quicker turn a round which never happened , so why should it be payed out as to dividend to people who have not lost as much as LTHs - and Acker stated why give out cash we need to progress PREM ...
That's a very fair assessment Acker.
Especially the circum dividend (if any ) comments.
CEO's with a reputation for being " placing happy " destroy confidence and the MCAP.
As for the EPO .......it's certainly not written in stone although you have to think there might be a degree of inevitability about it but I'm not holding my breath on the timeline.

In reply to your posting:
The granting of the EPO will be a major factor in the potential re-build of Prem.
I envisage a sudden surge in SP as traders gorge themselves ,the SP will then decline and settle.
A JV agreement will,IMO,have the same effect, profits will be made.
Before any bed wetting I would have to be satisfied that sufficient funding was available and that Prem would NOT keep coming back to shareholders for funding, this is why I feel that it is totally irresponsible for Prem to dish out any Circum dividends when at this and future juncture there will be pressure on development expenditure.
If the company is well managed we should benefit from a published DFS report,IMO it is only upon this publication that any sustained re-rate can be entertained. It is the DFS report that will tell us shareholders what mineral assets we hold and the viability of Zulu.Until I read the DFS and the potential ROI then all this bull about the value of asset is just hot air.Where Prem goes after the DFS is debatable, should the company go forward and commercially exploit Zulu or just put it up for sale,or sell part .
Then we have the Zim government, they will demand a slice of the action?
World events could have a materiel effect on viability--both in a good and not so good way.
At the moment my view is the asset has potential, very, very early days.
Looking forward to trading the EPO and the JV.
Regards
Acker
