in at 22.25p / £2.5k..
Got to be worth 30p with good news next week with OPEC and some shorts closing.,
( I guess more will invest at a higher price next week in a fresh isa)
So I was wrong yesterday. Very wrong!
If PMO went to 20p without any news I would sell and buy on the dip.
But there is real chance for Opec+ production reduction = stable oil price above 35+, this means PMO is not in danger so price needs to go up to at least 40-50p. IMO of course.
Enq up 16%
Its just PMO, held down with shorts on our back and manipulated as always
Well Rockhoppers down 5%
Brent up 10% PMO 5% - Thats just wrong!
It’s going back to 50p + very soon where it should be ! Same for Tullow both massively undervalued and I’m holding
Just a few days ago, I was reading confident predictions that POO was going to $10 or $0 and that PMO was going to go bust.
Where have all the doomsters gone?
CLOSE of play price ? 18.5/75 i go for
I'm out at the moment but considering buying in if this does a usual Friday tail-off. Maybe see what the Orangutan says this afternoon or wait until Monday.
its certainly got its hands full as a company and timing could not have been worse for the lth's however all of the above have made a solid company a potential 3 bagger in six months or less! and as this has now just entered my pension with 15 years to run well the sky is the limit. my 20k shares may just buy me my retirement Forrest :) Good luck all past and futiure lth's
I think just now, you can be forgiven for holding over the weekend. Probability of short term gains outweigh on day/weekend losses at this share price.
Also, assuming a £1/share ‘normal price’ with ‘normal’ oil price of 40-45 per bbl Brent, there is no other oily share that I can see offering this value. A 20k investment long for a while can turn pretty within 6-8 months I think.
All stemming from a hold over a weekend...
Good luck SK - what else you buy out of curiosity, if you dont mind me asking ?
Breaking out, shorts closing
Its only 'well done' when sell with profit :)
What you think about holding over this weekend ? Its my golden rule to never hold over a weekend with such volatility but ummmmm . . . . greed, stupidity, sensible?
Yep bought PMO and TLW 2 days ago - quite heavy in but will only trade - still contemplating if will stay in over weekend - what you think ?
Yep its certainly flying -
Yep will see both those turn around today as Brent & WTI rise - need just a good bit of news this afternoon re a meeting
Surprised you didnt jump on TLW
BP and shell are only red but they’re the most liquid and stable and easiest stocks to take £20k out of. Punters selling some today to transfer into Isas on Monday and start buying back other oilers or just buy back into those on Monday. Many punters, myself included, can’t be bothered with the rigmarole of negotiated price stock rollovers to Isas. Easier just to free up the cash and move it.
Could be a little perfect storm here and Tullow on Monday. A few more positive noises coming out of trump, Saudis or Ruskis re Opec+ meeting and a flood of cash into Isas could see a little pump here and Tullow next week.
I’m buying here and Tullow today. GLA.
Its turning SK
TLW lovely update
SK, DBNO, TR61, MrD ?
