Nope-not today anyway.
Day traders starting to cover ?
Lol just finished watching the Beeb snowy weather..and it started to snow here in Inverness where I am today talk about great timing ! Oil might rise now !
correction: by not putting
The markets don't fare too badly on these outbreaks historically !

Anyway, we'd done so well since early July than imo the market was due a profit take/ correction. Even with ARCM we've done better than many.
Good to see someone has reduced short earlier. I mentioned a while back that ARCM will want to 'save face' by not reducing. It will not make them appear as though they are really 'helping' stockholders (very decent of them) by putting their money where their mouth is (down the Shank's pony, imo).
Market has not budged since I started my two duck eggs. Looking good.
ARCM would be well advised to use this window of opportunity to start the process of closing. Their resistance to the pmo plan is desperately flawed and futile, so they will have to do this at some point . Better to do this now at these prices before poo recovers, as it surely will. Buying back pmo shares post the creditors meeting on 12 Feb will be very, very expensive
My concern in the very short term is that stop losses and margin calls will be triggered, thereby intensifying any downward trend. But this should correct itself before too long.
Good for day traders. And, as Bladesman says, an opportunity to close shorts.
I’m holding.
Panic is infectious. No need whatsoever for panic. This too will pass: very short term response to the coronovirus outbreak in China.
Steady the Buffs.
Yes, I'm fully expecting the virus induced poo weakness to lead to more shorts closing out, ready for lift off when the virus gets under control.
It may provide me with a re-entry point.
Unexpected.
Having said that, how many times have we witnessed, over the years, an unassailable, solid rise, heading inexorably towards infinity and beyond, suddenly slam us between the hips?
