I don’t see 13p in the charts, it will likely hover around 16/17p
13p today with luck. excuse the pun.
Yury Premier says they can survive current prices until the end of the year with the liquidity they have available, though would be a disaster if they stay at this level until the end of the year for most companies including Saudi Russia and America I m hoping they come to some sort of agreement in May worst case but everyones just guessing ATM. If it were to stay where it is until the end of the year no matter what they say Saudi and Russia would both be goosed
Unlikely to be a bailout Yury. Chill bro’, no need to SHOUT!
I’m holding some share in PMO. My worry is...HOW LONG PMO WILL LAST , AFTER THE CAPEX , CUTS AND SAVING OF MORE THAN 500 millions?..WITHOUT GOVERNMENT BAILOUT??
We has seen all this before with The banking bailout, ALL SHARE HOLDERS LOSE THEIR MONEY!
The last time 2014 to 2016 oil prices dropped roughly 35 dollars the barrel, now they are at 25 dollar and it just the beginning of the price war ....MY QUESTION...HOW LONG PMO WILL LAST AT CURRENT PRICES???without government bailout??
Stokes, two factors caused the massive drop in SP.
1) The global pandemic and
2) The supply/demand conditions in the oil markets.
Some will tell you that the longer these issues persist, then the more likely it is that the company will collapse due to debt levels etc.
However, this outlook needs to be balanced with the positives, e.g. the imminent news from Alaska and the various measures the company has in place to deal with market volatility. Also, there is the potential for govt bailout IF things got really messy through CCFF etc.
Have been buying positions in one or two shares that have seemingly been hit very hard due to the market downturn. Premier is my largest new position as the drop in 2 months looks excessively harsh. If the oil price turns and things generally improve, is there anything else stopping the price returning to the £1/share level eventually?
