Sorry. Typo.
That was meant to be phase 2 completed at the end of Dec with possible approval to progress to Phase 3 in March, which obviously has not happened (unless they are withholding information).
Yes, I was wondering on that too. We have not even received approval to progress to phase 3 from phase 2 yet, which according to the update last year should have been Dec 31, however. Given there has been no announcement to say the phase 2 has completed or the gov website updated likewise now indicates it was all probably BS. As such, returning to the original date of a end of March completion, if that was ever a possibility, we may see FDA approval next year.
bothwell..anytime soon?? was that a typo??
I do think we will get USA Approval. Due anytime. China will hopefully follow soon after.
Agree Bothwell. Hopefully, it won't just be another litany of smoke and mirrors, mixed with some hair brained new idea scribbled on the back of JG's expensive cigar packet. USA and China are becoming more and more of a pipe dream rather than the promised 'money fountain'!!!!
not arguing against your sentiments bothwell but even this lot will have to include some sort of update on these issues in the finals.(at least i hope so!)
Final results are pointless for us. We need USA and China approval yesterday.
bring on "the great Jamie", prestidigitator extraordinaire ! lets hope so.
Doesnt look good. Alot down here as i expect most are. Not worth selling just got to hope for rabbit to be pulled out of a hat
hardto disagree curious.expect pitiful attempt to window dress the results which will fool nobody.(pehaps another exciting CBD opportunity lol). yes think its all down to FDA and perhaps an EMA change of designation, but I'm not expecting them to get the latter and it probably won't help if they do.hope I'm wrong.also going to need further funding to take FDA forward so expect further dillution.
This looks dire could not be worse. I have lost so much it is not even worth selling so have to expect a total loss now. One chance maybe USA approval or China news could turn this around certainly not expecting anything but that will be a bonus. Total loss would help me against income tax refund so better to wait. Clearly the worst investment I have made and not helped by a total suspension of any news at all from the company.
just had a proper look at the figures.looks like a probable extra loss of about $5m (depending on what the final figures actually are) not accountable by aussie tax and amortisation charge.again i find the wording of the announcement disingenuous.the potential difference is certainly not just down to these two factors and other figures do not appear to be similar to last years.looking pretty dire to me I'm afraid.
lo and behold! thanks warrior.much as expected but obviously nothing in the way of what could be called profit .
