It was not IMHO
Hi superbarnet, I meant to ask whether your comment should have had IMHO after it or whether it was more factual. Thanks
Shatner = I agree we need some news to give the shares a boost. As DR has some of his fees paid in shares he is looking at large losses as well so it would not surprise me if we hear some news by years end. The Toyota talks have been going on for a year now so I wonder if we can expect something soon there. DR has always said to me when I have broached the subject that he will not come to the market until he has something to say. That said there is a case for him departing from that rule.
Problem is DR is not the best speaker compared to KA. I honestly think this will continue to drop without any news at all and how long has it been now? When will Peel or someone actually put their money where their mouth is and sign for the first commercial solution? It's not a massive cost and once one DMG is in then the rest will follow. No one wants to be first. Howard surely wants to see all of this succeed?
AFC going the same way, merry fkn Christmas
I'm confident the SP will continue to fall without any positive news. I think the company needs to give an update on the planning progress to put to bed all speculation.
You would be best advised to ask the company
Superbarnet - In relation to your 19.46 post of yesterday I think you will find you are wrong on both points. Once the decision to reconsult on the revisions to the application was made on 6 November the chance to go before the December planning meeting was lost. It had nothing to do with the general election. The next planning committee meeting is on 23 January I see no reason for it not to go before that meeting. My only concern is that the planning officer handling this application is not down as one of the attendees. That however can change.
The agenda for the Jan meeting is issued a few days before the meeting.

The agenda will be displayed in the week before the meeting
It appears the pre election preparations have held up the planning process and it is scheduled for the feb meeting.
I did try to warn a few months back, based on what I could see that there might be holdups. I think some assumed I was bashing! Which is ironic...
Fair play BumbleB, not something I've ever had any involvement in, can imagine it's a minefield.. I'm just a bit concerned at the minute, all gone very quiet
Newboy, the “half-hearted” planning application had got caught up in environmental regulation. It is about getting modifying the air pollution assessment and the ecological assessment, and confirming what protected species surveys are required before planning permission can be granted. Rather than half hearted I just think W2T have got caught up in the intricacies of wildlife protection legislation that is not their field of expertise.
Newboy, DR did state 90 day turnaround which hasn't even been reached yet. I don't see any big holders selling.
I'm struggling to see any confidence at the moment, the planning application seems half hearted and they must need to e cash soon. Worrying times. Such a shame, everything finally works and they can't seem to get it to market
Hi stokey, good points. I wonder if we will get an update in 2019
Last year there were three placings. It has now beeen 12 months since the last placing. That would seem to imply that PHE might be turning the corner financially. All we need now is for the orders to be completed and a steady revenue stream.
