"It's going to get extreme."
The great copper squeeze is coming — and it will hit everything from computer chips to air conditioners.
Read The Big Take ??
There’s life in this old girl yet! Holding for the big one.
Firstly 26K buy is massive. Wonder what's going on!!
Secondly SP did not rise to the required level? Are we missing something...

They could make a decent start by NOT paying themselves £600,000 plus expenses, probably plus pension contributions!
This could go on for years. Oh yes, they can’t even find a field in Bulgaria to stick a solar farm on? One of the cheapest places in Europe and probably with the greatest concentration of Gati’s uncles, but still they can’t find a flat bit of dirt? Or is it really just that they have zero cash, zero income and zero credibility?
dunno what pere need to do to get the share price up again
Maybe it’s Gati’s uncle? Maybe he has a maize field that will suddenly become extremely valuable?
I note they have opened an office in Bulgaria! No surprise. It’s so obvious the new project will be a Bulgarian solar farm. I note the office has 1 employee. What are the chances that’s Gati!
Lifestyle company.
Is it 3-4 man years they have “spent” looking for pie in the sky deals, for which they have minimal resources?
Pathetic.

Gati sits on his fat bottom and draws salary and expenses.
What have they done? Invested £50k, buying shares at 10p in a company that was selling at 1p, not that long ago. Have they earned a red flag by being late with companies house filings? Look for yourselves.
They could sell the Minto holding and repay the PIs, but they won’t. Maybe Gati is waiting for Uncle Bulgaria to sell his turnip field for a few million?
Don’t know, don’t care. I label PEREas a lifestyle company.
Cheerio.

The share that goes down when the only trades seemingly are buys…….
ffs
Oh, and Vulcan is late with filing at company’s house.
How dodgy does that look?
CommuterDuval
“ Why would you buy shares in Minto, when you can get them on the cheap through PERE?)”
Minto actually DOES something, sells something and makes profits.
We have four directors drawing salary and expenses and doing sweet FA. It’s taken them a year to invest in Vulcan Green Resources. All Vulcan has done recently is change its name to add in “Green”.
Of look! Vulcan was issuing shares at 1p, then 1.5p, then woopsie, along comes mega deal maker Gati and pays 10 per share. We have a 1% share in a tin pot, 2 man company that’s got a chance of a sniff of a glimmer of a deal.
WTAF is this board doing, but sucking up out cash?
They need sacking.
Would anyone care to speculate on this entry in the FY2021 accounts?
£3,110,000
CaneToad
Agree that. They really should have sold and wound up, but Gati and directors clearly happy to sit on their backsides collecting salary and expenses.
It's too late to sell the Minto shares now; copper is dropping like a stone and miners are following. Could be an attractive time to buy an asset in 3m-6m time though.
Take the 12% interest off the £600k repayment, then take £200k off for 4 directors salaries, pensions, benefits and expenses and maybe they will increase investment to more than the £50k they managed to invest last year.
Moribund is sclerotic. I can’t make up my mind.
Gati, just sell the Minto holding and give us back out cash. Please.
That cash pays Gati his 12% interest. He took his 8% “arrangement fee” up front. You know, the fee he got fo being in the same place as himself when he signed the loan.
At least his warrants are out of the money.
