Kutzz, I’d happily go and watch an international paint drying qualifier if it meant I could have a laugh and few beers with mates in the sun.
After Covid lockdown any social activity gets my vote. (Except any form of shopping with Mrs Mine…. That is still very much a punishment not a pleasure).
Lambinator - that’s a shame as a few of us are going to the Grand Prix this Sunday. It’s only 2 hours on the train and a Uber. Sit at the Start straight!!!
Slight problem with what you are saying, the French GP is a boring race as the track is flat lol.
Saturday’s euro matches & Royal Ascot will be tasty!
Good evening, Hunniford/MTM/Troajan
Despite the SP, I’ve been soaking up the sun for the last two weeks in Antibes with work, went into town and had a couple of pints tonight nothing to hectic but enough to grease the wheels. This whole coastline is a lovely little part of the world.
MTM I actually might top up if we hit sub 0.5. I have £15k waiting to put in and devil on both shoulders says it seems like a good idea to go in ORR….. at this rate we will be on the board for ORR with the amount of shares we own. The outstanding warrants is a concern as that dilutes the SP 30% I believe. MTM, The Mrs only needs to know when we’ve hit the jackpot
We are all adults and no one has a gun to our heads so my mistakes are my own when it comes to investing.
First mover advantage…. I think that will pay off but we may have to adjust our timeline depending on results etc.
Senegal could deliver and providing we hit similar results then it seems like that has good potential.
I think we will beat Scotland and that will send us into the weekend nicely. F1 in France this weekend so that’s my Sunday arvo sorted.
Hunniford what’s the delivery date on that gin?
Monday morning RNS on zone 2 followed by lawa west/east the following Monday. The last few at zone 1 - not sure.
Genuinely after 005 didn’t deliver maximum results it could be anyone’s guess in zone 2. We have actually got any pictures/info to work with/speculate on the drill core so it’s anyone’s guess. It could happily surprise us all.
Kutzz, I truly hope you dreaming about soaking up the sunshine somewhere on a boat rather than the current reality.
I said before I blame no one, I took the gamble and anyone who claims they knew what was going to happen, didn’t.
Speculating is the name of the game. We have all done a lot of it. I still well and truly believe that first mover advantage in Cameroon will pay off. I would really love to see some stronger grades, but the point as someone else made is that it’s not just about grade. It’s about how easy it is to get the stuff out of the ground, processed and sold. If it’s open pit, requires lower cost processing and subject to the fun on interest rates etc.. the gold price goes up. Then just getting some more maiden holes proving gold will be great. Refine the targets next time around and then JV or sell the license.
At the same time, God I wished we had the fabled and long forgotten ‘gold pipe’…..
Mrs Mine is definitely on a need to know basis and she definitely won’t know anything ‘life changing’ for a good 12 months. Maybe 6 mths if they pull some gold bars out of Fare.
Anyway, timeline for me hasn’t really changed, just a bit daunting looking at todays numbers.
One small issue. My little voice hasn’t been telling me results are going to be poor, I still have to tell it to be quiet though as it’s telling me to average down!! Christ I’ll have to put out a TR1 soon if it drops much more as I expect I’ll have a nibble at anything under .5
Anyway, every day is a day closer to something. What I’m not quite sure, but still ‘enjoying’ the ride and smiling. (UK weather and Euro 2020 is helping that though. Can’t promise I’ll be as up beat next week post Fridays match and the weather breaking).
Hunniford, my RNS guess is next Thursday then Tuesday 6th July with an RNS in between confirming Madina Bafe drilling has started but unfortunately the last Bibemi batch is delayed and expected in July.
Cekim: “another drop surprise surprise”
Next set of results: “you call that a drop? hold my beer”
Just joking everyone.
MTM, don’t tell the wife about ORR not providing the goods just yet. Our day will Come brother!
Another drop surprise surprise.
We have to be weary of the traders who affect the SP short term. Also is worth asking the question.... Is the typical private small investor an intelligent and we'll thought out individual who considers things in context and their long term potential. Or the your to buy on hype and sell panicked on a downward slope. Look at how high Tesla went.... It was worth more market cap than of the other established car makers put together. Anyway you get my point
There you go dude, think - PMT
No not that PMT - the other one..... Positive Mental Thoughts. It won't do 5h1t for the assays since if the gold ain't there in big puddles it ain't there and if it is there it has been there since around the time of the dinosaurs!!
So like I say PMT won't do **** but it will make you feel better! Plus post COVID Thursdays are the new Fridays and I've got another batch of Gin enroute from Turkey!!
Hunniford - sorry brother!! My bad! I’m doing it again haha.
I watched the AGM last night and felt pretty excited at the end of it! I’ll be V happy with 1.4p mid Q3
@kutzz & Leathal - come on lads try and stay chipper.
Maiden drill programme, drilled far apart, first set of holes and they found gold. Let's see what the next results bring. TL or Claire were already saying the initial discovery is exciting and lends itself to open pit mining which as I am sure you know is cheaper than tunnelling it out because it is too deep!
I am excited to see what the rest of the Bibemi results yield and it should all be with us in exactly no longer than 2 weeks!
What's not to like. It could be like having the winning docket for the Grand National and not knowing it.
As a modest prediction I want to see at least 1.4p by end of month 1 Q3
Hey Leathal,
I’m staying in tune to see what these assays bring in the next 9 trading days of Q2 if they are more of the same, I’ll turn this off and come to it when we get the Farè results.
I’m fortunate I don’t rely on the money invested here, that’s not to say I want to lose a penny of it but I don’t have to think about it right now.
I know we need context but from my understanding they were drilling at an angle of 50/60* degrees in order to pass through the ‘stacked’ veins as the picture shows. Unfortunately only one vein has mineralisation and that was 1m wide. That was my take, if the potential is good then we have nothing to worry about and I’m sure the big dogs are taking note
Im hearing you Kutzz , wish i had the mental power to turn this off for 6 months !! I personally think we wont be seeing anywhere near the 1p mark within that space of time anyways, its more likely to slide further, i am dissapointed slightly in the BOD as when i bought in each interview TL gave he stated news a plenty throughout , well hardly , and the news we have had has obvs done nothing for the sp as you stated poor assays is the cuplrit for that , im in now and refuse to sell at a 50% loss so will see it out , chin up pal hopefully things will turn soon
Leathal
All sounds good but that doesn’t increase value here as can be seen over the last few months. The spike was the pump and dump and unfortunately as few of us got caught out. Myself included. I do believe this has the potential but right now potential isn’t doing my portfolio any good.
Bibemi sounds potentially promising but as we can see, potential clearly doesn’t do anything for the SP otherwise we would be going in the other direction.
1m is still only 1m
Farè results assays can bring us out of this slump if they find similar assays to historical results. This was hyped on Farè results which are out in Q3 but right now the tide is going the other way.
Otherwise no matter what’s assays come in what context. if they contain 1m here and 2m there is only going to send us down further. Call me pessimistic but I’m just being realistic for now, those assays are poor.
Back to .44 pre Xmas.... a lost 6 months....
Will bounce when the Rainy season ends.....
Nothing has changed here... District scale tenements in Cameroon... Gold....Galore..
The good news is its on many investors radars now... after its trip to 1.8p...
I am back in Sub .50p......
No sign of a reversal here yet... Watching & Waiting...
