Moniman. We fell out a while back because you were annoyed at people getting in at a lower sp than you. That's fkn life mate. If you can't understand my posts then I feel sorry for you investments. I don't ramp or deramp, I tell it how I think. CF could dilute this company TF and still sell it for a fortune. the fact you didn't realise my questions were aimed for tomorrow's interview is scary. no wonder your under until we hit 40p+
Thanks Si. That's exactly what I meant. Thanks for clearing that up.
The questions were sent via e mail to AJ Bell prior to the share investor evening on the 3rd you absolute idiots. Seriously
Re Rudey...make that two tedious posters.....lol
I assumed by the, "high sell price not high sp" remark was something to do with having a high Mcap but dilluted to frick, shares issue wise.
And were the questions to be put forward to CF on tomorrowrs event???
That was my take on it. BWTFDIK ;)
Jimzi and moniman, you are showing an unpleasant trait to your characters. There's no need for nastiness. If you don't agree with a fellow poster, please show some courtesy and put up an argument, rather than ridicule.
Not as embarrassing as the ultimate stupid post of the decade
RE: QuotientToday 12:57
He wants a high sell price. Not necessarily a high SP
Worrying
Re. Northseatiger...why and how the hell are A J Bell going to know if there's going to be another share issue, what a daft question!! Your posts are becoming tedious and pointless..please give it a rest its embarrassing!!!
"...when we reach capacity....."
At least he has confirmed it is when, not if,we reach capacity.....so he did give some sort of comfort.
I can't see there'd be another placing Northseatiger. We've just had one that he could have got a lot more money from. He said he wanted £5m, could have got £25m but settled on £12m, if I understood him correctly.
I'd be more interested in the actual numbers re the antibody tests - price, contracts, volumes - put some meat on the bones.
Totally agree. I've just met my friend at lunch time who's wife is a respiratory doctor and she's only just had her test done yesterday (obviously from Roche) He is eagerly awaiting results because if she has antibodies they can relax a bit. She's in the thick of it so as you can image they are stressed atm. I've sent my questions to AJ bell for tomorrow asking if there is going to be any more dilution and whether the media launch will involve television.
I meant quotient would have said today that hVivo had taken another. I want them to have as many as possible!!
Hey Swap. I'm sure they said they only had 1 but may get another (maybe for Scotland) probably dependant on demand. I think CF should offer to support Roche when he can if they struggle to test as we already know the government are lying about deaths and tests.
So on the proactive investors day I wanted to clarify if Open were going to supply to government due to the scottish parliament question. Which they clarified they were not - they were targetting private practice.
However I did get a reply from Cathal the following day:
Under stock exchange rules i.e. market sensitive inside information, we are unable to share information as regards order flows, however, as always, when we have updates will let the market now. Furthermore, we’ve made it clear that when we reach capacity we will get a second machine from Quotient. Likewise it’s our intention to serve all of the UK from our London clinic and possibly also the Republic of Ireland. Again we’ll update the market as regards any new or exciting developments on that regards.
So I dont think they have a second machine yet - they hopefully would RNS this as it would be coupled with revenues.
I’d say open orphan only has one machine. They would have mentioned if they had two. HVivo have to sell 3000 tests a day to need a second and they are selling these to private companies. Will take a wee while I’d say
So they said they had 13 machines, and only 3 left....
Who have 10 machines gone to, crucially how many do Orph have...?
They're not disclosing any contractual terms / pricing / volume / quantities
I dd see it and he reiterated the reason, he's a major shareholder too - he gets it - shows great confidence in my book
Who said he talked it down or was that someone’s opinion on this board, I saw that interview and the way I saw it he was just saying keep your feet on the ground, I don’t want people caught up in spikes , let’s grow steady , you don’t think he woke up one morning and said think I’ll do a placing, it’s all part of the long term plan, if and when ORPH is ready to be sold he wants all the ducks lined up, yes his plan was to sell this year but it’s all change now as we know, we now have new investors on board at 11p and these investors will come in handy near the backend of the year as they might well take the shares of the two who said they will give time for ORPH to see how it’s going, so CF definitely wants a higher share price by then , it would be a lot less messy if someone in house does buy the shares if they do decide to sell, GL
He even got accused of talking it down in one of his last interviews. you obviously missed it.
talking about hvivo
very happy ..good customer to have...quotient have the best system.,,,,no financials
Buying at 15.50 don’t be fooled by the MMs
hVivo mentioned on the top slide in Quotient presentation but no further info
i'm in as well
He wasn’t talking down the share price at all. He said he’d understand if some holders banked done profits as its risen from 6p to 11p very quickly. He also knew that he’d be raising a placing very soon, so he was being cute. He didnt want another GDR where there would be a huge discount to placement offering- quite a shrewd dude imo.
If the company sells everyone will get a per share price - as he has the largest holder it will benefit him most. They are intrinsically linked. My view of his 'talking the SP down' was almost a hidden message to PIs telegraphing the capital raise to manage the share price until the rise was done. At the time I was unimpressed, but as the weeks have unfolded since that, I am actually more impressed. He seems shrewd and switched on, if someone doesnt have faith in the CEO of an AIM company they are probably invested in the wrong one. I have faith.
