Bit loose with the accounting but may be nothing to worry about. As someone else posted, 50% growth every six months is NOT 100% p.a. but would do fine in the real world. He also implied that as the cash is growing, it follows that so too is profit and the two things need not be at all related in the short- to medium-term.
SP doesn't seem be affected by these presentations and I guess that could be seen as a positive.
CF is a man after my own heart. I come from a finance background, you can talk about revenue and contracts until you're blue in the face, however, the single most important aspect to any company is cash and he gets that and talks about it abundantly in any presentation he gives. It'll be interesting to see where we are in terms of cash currently, as we were £15.5M in June I believe. If he states we will be circa £30m come YE then that's impressive. That's before the main contracts come to town and without any wearable/Imutex spin off as that money will go to Shareholders. At the end of the day, he is the majority shareholder, so he's the single biggest benefactor from any SP rise and dividend payout. GLA
The share price is firming above mid 14's. We were in the mid 11's.
CF deal wise has been as good as his word. The testing has not come off as he would have liked if being brutally honest. But, that is not the main thrust of business. The trials are progressing nicely and with a great team. The genomics are also bearing fruit. Both sides of the business really picking up.
This is cash generative business now. Which will shortly have a supercharged bottom-line. That really will kick the share price up.
The issue I have, is, the II’s have zero accountability. At the very most they have £10M shares each, which is around 1.5%. They’re not fully invested, it’s a bit of a slush fund which they can use to balance the books. Meanwhile back at the ranch, our SP has a noose round it’s neck. The truth will out over time (the SP will reach it’s true value) but it’s going to be a treacle effect in my book. On the plus side, IF it is only two or three that are selling it shouldn’t take long with decent volume to flush them out, however, I suspect it may be more than the minority. We shall see. Happy to see where we are this time next month and reassess.GLA
I’m with you mate, although frustrated I’m not losing faith in OO and i am a massive CF groupie, It is only this news rich period that will break the selling cycle, as Swap said, FOMO is needed so constant news will create that and stop the selling.
KTRB.. Can't argue with that sentiment but at least he has nailed his colours to the mast on time lines and actions so that will do me for the next couple of months. GL :)
That news is needed, this mornings rise being sold into immediately and our favourite MM is on both the bid and the ask. Gets boring this.
I’m in for the long run matey
Just a tiny bit frustrated
FOMO has me by the shirt and curlies
Swap you can sell out now. I think the price won't be hurt too much...
Although given his view of news every month I expirations something in the next 10 days
