Who the f..ck is Tom Winifroth ?
Having started scrolling up through this post then on and on and stoll on, the authorship was so obvious that i knew who had written it way before getting to the top. Utterly garrulous windbag who clearly likes nothing more than the sound of his own voice.
A pre-print comparing mologic and 2 other tests for sensitivity to the delta variant.

Hassard transcripts of a House of Lords debate, where Lord Lansley raises the issue of the legal case re Mologic.
The question is raised @3:51pm. @ 4:10 Lord bethell answers the question by not referring to Mologic at all, but referring to Surescreen.

According to this article (published today), Innova et al will be exempt from the new regulations to raise the quality of tests, due to come in on the 1st Sept. its a wide ranging article, and includes brief mentions of both ODX and Mologic. Here are some interesting quotes:-
"But the higher performance standards, quietly introduced this week, include a loophole that explicitly excludes lateral flow tests previously bought by the government such as those bought from Innova Medical Group at a cost of more than £3bn."
One UK bio industry source said: “They completely screwed the UK diagnostic industry. "
"Industry insiders believe that firms like Mologic and Omega will submit their tests under the new system and expect to get approval. “This is all in readiness for when DHSC stop giving away free tests for a lot of use cases and reopens the private market,” one said."

Strange website for the article, but I guess its a cut'n'paste from a more recognised source.
As we know a week ago, ABDX announced that it'll be manufacturing biossure LFD products.
" 23 July 2021
York, U.K. 23 July 2021: Abingdon Health plc (AIM: ABDX) ("Abingdon" or "the Company"), a leading international developer and manufacturer of high quality and effective rapid tests, today announces that it has signed an exclusive manufacturing agreement with BioSure Limited ("BioSure"), a UK company specialising in the provision of rapid in-vitro diagnostic testing solutions.
Under the terms of the exclusive agreement, Abingdon will manufacture BioSure's own lateral flow tests in the field of COVID19. The contract manufacturing services will utilise lateral flow manufacturing facilities at Abingdon's York and Doncaster sites."
I note that back in May 2020, Biosure and Mologic announced they were jointly working on a LFT antibody test.
https://www.biosure.co.uk/biosure-and-mologic/
The ABDX announcement does not specifically mention manufacture of an antibody, but it does say "will manufacture BioSure's own lateral flow tests in the field of covid19".
I'll hand back to the true serious investors counting branding vans at ODX, checking up on motorcades heading to Edinburgh, and discussing the CE mark of packaging that was always going to have a CE mark.
