12.50, completed.
Set ur alarm at 7.30am and check the Rns lol haha
Please please can someone post if they know what the placing SP is!
Given these book build are repayment of loans form enforced margin calls. Need to understand now how this impact the future growth model of this business.
This will then give an indication of how sp might recoverwhen we do eventually get some progressive news from this company
Imho between £12-14 lol
no more margin calls at any level - Khalifa bin Butti repaid his pledge under his name, same for Saeed Bin Butti. What was left is the pledge made by their joint company, and here we go.
I would love to know exactly how many shares in % are in free float amongst retail traders. The ones i mentioned below in terms of IIs are holding on to theirs. As long as we see a reduction in shorts i’m happy and confident this will move up. This month has been absolutely crazy. Q
Just stay calm, the lot of you. As I said earlier, sp will be blue tomorrow. Nothing to be concerned about this rns. Market knew a 'bad' rns was coming, so reduced sp from 15.8 down to 13.3 today. Rns is out and it's just a balancing act.
Sp will readjust to 15 and then back to my prediction of 20s by results. :-))
We will find out what discount, if any, when they announce the result. Most likely before the market opens tomorrow. Mr Trader - how many more margin calls. It depends entirely on how much further the sp declines. If it went to £6, unlikely in my view, but hypothetically, I am sure that would trigger a succession of margin calls. We do not know where the thresholds are.
But apart from the short term turbulence, it is actually a big positive that major shareholders are being forced to divest some of their holdings. The more it’s spread, the better.
alexka I'll be made up if that's the case mate!
14 quid according to my banker
Does anyone know at what discount the shares will be placed?
Unfortunately that is price you pay formtrying to be too cleve pr and ambitious in the market.
Here is a company that originally was under 80 % ownership of 3 individual of which 2 had both individual investment of shares and a chunk of shares pledges from loans presumably to help with investment in company growth and expansion.
Theory being , with a fast expansion and gowth model, which has double digit growth yoy, the shares will keep surging and reach a level where the shares pledged could be sold and all borrowing used to invest in the business has paid itself through the share price increase.
Unfortunately, market view this aggressive growth model as too good to be true and wanted to show it’s flaw for all to see and this has now brought it back down to reality with a bump.
Future expansion plan of the company will now likely slow or halt until a new plan is forged to drum up investment and sp growth will likely not increase at same rate it did previously
Last book build RNS

Q
How many bloody more margin calls will there be! This is so annoying! Only good thing is these are existing shares transferring hands at a discount. I’m hoping it’s not a heavy discount ie £10-£11-£12 range! Q
Shares will go up tomorrow I believe we reached the bottom.
Local bankers telling me those are being placed at 14.
This is an unfortunate margin call by one of the lenders (ENBD). The other one was by NOV Partner (arranged by CS/DB). Couldn't have been combined and probably were negotiating their margin call with ENBD.
No other reason or conspiration theory, they took out a loan from ENBD when they bought the stake and margin call triggered.
If it falls great opportunity to buy, but I really think we are close to the bottom.
@tintots very good spot! Wth so they’ve lost a hell of a lot of money!!!! Shocking what muddy waters have done! No wonder they’ve bought in the FEECH GROUP! Damn!!! Q
there is nothing to be happy unless they pay more than current sp. just fleecing retail investors to line pockets of the big boys it feels like the are jumping a sinking ship and the shares in book build will probably be lent out for shorts
