£13 is definitely support. All these large bulk sells don't sit right with me though
certainly money to be made for the brave here, who knows what the next piece of news will be, could see it testing new lows or highs in an instant!
Personally I cannot believe it will be allowed to drop below the £12.00-£12.50 bottom point now, no way these big boys would buy in at this level if they thought for one minute they would lose money, they simply don't do that. They don't take a punt like you and I now do they, not when you are talking millions of pounds, plenty of discussions and DD will have been completed before they agree to jump in.
So interesting to see it test £13.00 then shoot back up really quickly, I guess this may happen again as time moves on but I think presently the upside potential is greater than the down, all IMO of course.
For info, I am currently slightly down with an average in the low £14.00s, thought about buying at £13.00, sadly didn't press the buy button, but I remain reasonably content with my position based on the risk and think it will recover into mid/high teens in fairly short order, quicker obviously with positive news.
Last three weeks low
3 weeks ago: £12
2 weeks ago: £12.46
This week: £12.90
If anything. It’s proving to get more difficult to bring it lower each week.
Lets hope news comes through soon. Even an after hours rns today will do!

Lot of work, about £2k in 6 weeks!! Thank heavens for Evraz, IMB and Fresnillo, won’t mention Tullow though, the gift that (doesn’t) keeps on giving.
Exactly use that £15k as ur buffer. Thats what i’m doing. :D
Did make £15k in dec re-rate though! Fingers crossed, lucky pants on.
Thank you - you obviously know what you are talking about - and i don't - maybe this is not for me - i thought it would be fun but maybe i will stick to gardening and drift away slowly - best of luck with your investments - i hope you win big (that was me being hip)
Okey dokey. Good luck everyone.
Bizarre. Ultimately make your own decision, but don’t panic. This stock went from 17-12 to 16 to 12 in two weeks.
Firstly everyone buys at their own will. Especially in NMC. No one has forced anyone to buy and sell here. Were here to discuss the business and how it’s doing! So we await news! Q
danny,,
it is Q that spouts the rubbish hence you listen to the fool and you are under water and so is he,,
he dosnt get banned for no reason
Big Investors are SELLING to pay their DEBTS... that does not mean any thing wrong with NMC... It is like you had loan to clear... what would you do... may be SELL your shares... they want mean you SOLD as some thing was wrong with that share...
Dannyspaniel. I am qr786 lol. They have allowed me to continue with this new account as someone got me kicked out on my previous qr786 one! Q
Hi Doug. Forgive the humour, the last 6weeks have not been for faint hearted. This stock has been kicked around since some very erroneous paper from Muddy Waters. It’s been very emotional. However, for myself I have £100k invested at an average of £15.50 so do the math. I have found many posts qr786, mafioso and a few others to be of help. There are some who do spout some rubbish. My view on this stick and I hold others (all ftse100) is that this is a solid company with a target on its back which was possibly overvalued but is cheap as chips. If you are looking for quick profits, this probably isn’t the stock but if you have a year you will be fine. Consensus amongst posters is £18 at end Feb. Big institutions are buying £510million so far this month, so they use have faith.
Personally I am hanging on in as I know there are very wealthy people in that part of the world happy to pay top buck for medical assistance. Just hoping books get a clean bill of health.
I am new to this (<6mths since retired) - i bought at 1384 and lost money so i sold - yet a lot of you guys still think it is a good buy when even the big investors are selling - what am i missing?
