scams come in many forms
"mysquar".not having the best of typing days am i. i was invested in mysquar but got out when i realised it was an actual scam.nothing like this though.gla
horse got i understand that and sympathise.i have an average of 3.85p and have invested far too much in this by averaging down from about 6.8p,so i am no fan of machett's performance.however i really don't see this as some sort of scam,a la masquar or cloud tag. imo(and thats all it is) mvr was completely derailed by cosid .it simply meant they couldn't carry on with the original plan.the foray into live shows etc,was a not particularly successful attempt to try and carry on with something like the original concept.clearly it wasn't working so they have gone off on a new tack and we are stuck with it. imo they overpaid for napster and the deal was far too favourable to real.we are paying and will probably continue to pay the price for this for some time.there is no, and never has been any masterplan .the iis and large private investors have got caught up in this as well.the encouraging thing perhaps is they continue to hold so hopefully perceive a better outcome in due course.imo its going to be davis capital who determine the ultimate fate of things,by virtue of their loan rather than N&G who will simple be a majority shareholder in a small company.if davis want him out(and they don't seem to atm)he would go as the company is unviable without their support.their loan is due for repayment in august i think and although i expect it to be restructured in some way,it is probably going to be a tense time unless ,as is perfectly possible, the app proves to be successful and fortunes improve.i hope it does for both our sakes.
Kat - Please tell me which part of my post gives any indication of my investment here? I've stated that there hasn't been a "fill your boots" post in a good few weeks, but there has been a ton of "kat likes to repeat themself" posts. - For reference, you are wrong on both my buy in and why i am invested :).
I agree that the continued decline in share price doesn't support further investment, that doesn't mean you have to continue to post the same statements ad nauseam. It's not about ignoring it, it's just pointless to say the same thing everyday in different words. Especially considering the posts your are trying to counter argue don't exist!
Italian. I am far from an expert in anything. Just feel AM is out to rip us all off, nothing is coming out which to me means there up to something that won't benefit us. I was drawn in by AM and he's not done anything, except turn a VR company into a music streaming company and destroyed the SP from 18p to less than 1p.
What I cannot understand is that there are some big players like JG who has already lost millions. Surely they are in a position to oust AM, unless there all in on the big plan.
morning mr h.he may well think that but not sure where he thinks the funds for a buyback would come from.it really makes no sense to me at all.but as gob will tell you im no expert.lol
I don’t think horse is saying they’re winding down - just that a low sp suits them buying back a load of shares. The question should be what will they do with all the additional shares once they own them?!?!?!
Also, if that was the plan, why would that have spent the last few months hiring content and then marketing roles? That would tally more with launching a product rather than winding down a business.
"there" not" their".can't believe i typed that!
I think you are all half right
im struggling to understand this "plan"how exactly would it work? if the company collapses a large part(perhaps all)its value would go in discharging liabilities.remember davis have a charge over all intellectual property etc. also their are liabilities to be met as part of the takeover structure.also N&G could end up(if they convert the remainder )owning 20%plus,or if they don't convert they still own what is it now,12% plus with a debt due to then for £2m which is about 8/9%of current value.davis and real network have what another19% or so.cant see much being left for matchett and of course hi own shareholding would crash in value.if you can explain precisely how you think it would work to his advantage im happy to listen further,
Kat - there is a totally logical reason but I’m not going to tell you so put that in your pipe
MrH IMO, they will be not getting back in, I am down £23k. AM and the BOD are trying to collapse the company so they can buy it for peanuts and get rid of all the shareholders. There silence proves everything; when a company has a new product coming out it markets its release months in advance. Not only that it still promotes is products and services. AM has failed to do any of this. I don't think they will release a new app and if they do it will be too later. This has been a scam from the start.
I;ve traded it several times on the slide, in 125k and 250k lumps... and 0.65 is still dependent on news. there's no magic number to automatically buy in. there are shares each day that are worth considering and that means there have been at least 100 days since 2.6 (not sure where you get that as a number but, if it makes sense to you...)
0.65 only works if that level doesn't induce bigger fears about viability. It doesn't matter how cheap the share gets if it still underperforms. (And I'd bring to your attention that, at that level, N+G's final £2million would give them so much influence as to be pretty much wield executive power over all the other holders. And you'd still have to answer the question why they haven't converted the last £2million (if that's the number)?
*75% down (not 25%)
I knew you were looking at 0.65p as you sold at a loss at 2.6p (probably 25% down on your investment). You’ll be back out again at 2.6p as you recoup your previous losses (and move on for good). You’re not the only one with an Agenda.
Your posts suggest you're in the red, having followed some 'this is manipulated and will bag any day now' posters or just on the basis that Napster was bought on placings of 3.65 and imagine you only have to wait a fortnight to bag?
The point about 'and yet the price keeps slipping' would suggest that these repeated points, made over several weeks and months still hold true and it would make sense not to ignore it?
Not read (on here) one counter to possibles about consolidation and funding requirements or why N+G haven't taken up the last tranche of clns to hugely increase their holding?
Care to throw in an explanation, if only to stop me repeating those same points as the sp slides further? (i'm thinking 0.65 is a fair entry point, though I wouldn't be throwing much money into it, more as a marker, not while there are so many opportunities passing through the markets daily.)
"... and yet the price keeps slipping?" precisely what are you trying to say with that reply?
Seems another nonsense post from you tbh
Slipping on very low volume and small sells. Currently unloved. I still feel its very undervalued and once sentiment changes there will hopefully be good gains to be made
Imagine the interest in this if it went up each day and the company say all is well.....
... and yet the price keeps slipping?
So, you post negatively because there are so many posts saying that you should buy?
I have to say, i've not seen one of those posts in quite some time - just the repetitive complaints from you.
Have you ever considered that, if people aren't listening to your repeated posts, what you have to say isn't worth repeating?
Cunir thanks for the investment advice ,I'll pay my fee at the end of the financial year :)
At the end of the day it's my money and my decision I'm personally not influenced by anyone on this BB . here to get other people's view's but it's my call in the end
If you still want to buy, the time to do it is after new app has come out and the price actually turns around properly, and the company shows it’s making progress again with proper news
Buying before any of that happens is just chucking more money after bad because there’s no sign of it turning around yet., just more promises of an already delayed app. And we all.know what matchetts promises are worth
Katstrangler I've never been opposed to any negative views on the company as it makes it s more balanced BB (as long as they're justified)
I myself have had words exchanged with a few so called rampers
But at least I'm Invested
