I’m more than happy to leave you guys to ‘hold the fort’ as it were for a while. See how it pans out. Hold strong and sit tight, games will be played by various posters and of course the MMs.
agreed LF.nothing more from me tonight.gla
Italian
see what i mean no ****ing point .
Guys.
Don’t be fooled by Codey. There’s a suspicion he also posts under the name of ‘Offler’ and also has a clear agenda or keeping the share as low as possible. When this share went mid 5s a couple weeks back, the guy was nowhere to be seen. He does not share a common interest and clearly doe not want this share to elevate to its true value, so a caution.
He said he filtered me (which I was very happy with!!) but obviously not, so please Codey follow through with this. Don’t listen to his ‘script’....
Just for Codeys reference (again)....
John Gore PAID 15p per share. That is factual.
RNS STATEMENT
EVR Holdings plc (AIM:EVRH), the leading creator of virtual reality entertainment content and operator of the MelodyVR platform, is pleased to announce that the John Gore Bahamas Ltd ("JGB") has partially exercised its option to subscribe for 4,997,041 new ordinary shares at a price of 15.3p per share ("Subscription Shares"), representing a significant premium to the Company's current mid-market share price, which values the Company's issued equity share capital at approximately £220 million.
A1EX would agree with that.heres hopin!
Just in case poor old COdey is off his meds here’s the figures again!!

Sorry meant to say ‘workplaces ARE starting to mobilise’
Italian.
Sometimes such detail evades us in RNS statements and we’re grabbed by the headline only. It’s very clear that there is and will be a partnership between Gore and Melody.
Considering workplaces are not starting to mobilise again, I would not be surprised if there are interim theatre productions, perhaps lower tier. Theatre and shows are In just as high demand as concerts. I live the notion of multi POV on stage allowing viewers to really feel on stage presence of such plays, brings a whole new dynamic and offering.
Broadway being the beneficiary of such a JV will broadcast and shout about this to the rooftops.
well A1EX no predictions as such from me but it was interesting to look back on the wording of the original RNS of 7th june (which i did before posting the figures for gores investtments). specifically that melody has entered into a binding heads of terms for a strategic partnership with the JGO. the strategic partnership will see the creation of a new joint venture in order to facilitate the vr capture, production and distribution of broadway theatre content globally. never really sure what binding heads of terms means (always seems a tad oxymoronic to me ) but clearly must mean something. no formal announcement of new vehicle but i would assume that his second investment indicated that was still on the cards.the big question is to what extent covid has delayed things, but presumably at some point in the future matters will proceed .perhaps part of the thinking behind the "group"appellation
EXPECT RNS SOON: Theatre and Subscription Service. I feel the John Gore announcement of VR theatre shows being the first which will also outline clear revenue strategy on PPV basis.
23rd MARCH RNS:
Anthony Matchett, Chairman and CEO of EVR, commented:
"The proceeds of this successful placing will enable us to scale our business in support of the launch of our upcoming MelodyVR subscription service whilst also extending the availability of the MelodyVR platform and the breadth of our content, via a number of new initiatives. In addition, we will continue to expand upon our theatrical partnership with The John Gore Organisation.
Codey seems to have his knickers in a right twist lol..
Alex
i see the theatre being huge and i can see this leading to all the arts . the change in name to group as pointed out by another tells us this . no need to cross fingers here now just got to sit back and enjoy the sun .
i will stick with
20p 13th July
40p end of the year
£1 3 years .
Hi Lord.
There’s no need to ramp. This share will rise when everyone least expects it. There’s expansion happening and we know it will encapsulate the theatre offerings of Gore. Melody are very active ATM and day by day becoming more and more wildly known to consumers, industry experts and financial institutions who of late have taken huge positions in Melody...
Just a reminder for new investors. John Gore, invested and valued this company at 15p a share (as per the RNS extract at bottom of post), earlier this year. This is what a successful billionaire currently values the company at. To add, he's reported to be the Conservatives greatest donor in the past so clearly 'shrewd' when it comes to finances.
There's been a lot of talk concerning when Melody will get involved in theatre and it's certainly a case of when, not 'if'. John Gore, Billionaire has a huge stake in this company (6.98%) and it's very fair to assume he will utilise his position to mobilise VR in his theatres.

As we know, theatres, cinemas are all going to largely affected for the foreseeable future as such, John Gore no doubt will revolutionise theatre viewings. Without any doubt, theatre 'go-ers' are generally of a more 'mature' age demographic and therefore will be more hesitant to attend such venues during the COVID pandemic.

The data found that the largest age group for theatre audiences was people between the ages of 65 and 74, with the average age of an audience member being 52 (as per https://www.thestage.co.uk/news/audience-agency-data-shows-ageing-demographic-of-theatregoers).
