Yep,
Always interested in opinions especially from those that are more knowledgable.
My take remains this. We are a cash shell. Think a container in a parking lot with Motif Bio written on the side and the rights to Iclaprim (with 7million owing to Hercules) inside the trailer. Plus some cash. Outside the car park there are 5 rigs outside arguing who gets the rights to hitch up the Motif trailer and drive it away. First driver is laughed of the park for offering less than 7million. 2nd driver ups the bid but the one who knows what is worth tries to get it cheap by offering 20million, knowing the others dont have deep pockets. But this is a closed bud situation so nobody knows the others highest price. Like I said earlier. It's what they are willing to pay that matters. The fact that it's a cash shell is irrelevant.
I thought you were BF you got your buy in price and out well done .
Its been reclassified as an Aim cash shell, all they have is a small amount of cash that will be reducing all the time...
How can it get back to 45p when they have no assets and hundreds of millions more shares....
Truthfactory - it does have iclaprim.
It’s not since last year it was 28th January this year there’s a RNS on that date giving the details.
Goldstinger. Worth hundreds of millions ??? The MCAP was £250k less than 2 months back. Tamarack have been trying to sell Iclaprim since last year. Hercules are owed £7m by Motif and hold Iclaprim as security.
45 bagger, that's got to be a new record. Love the not knowing and banter in here. Did make me laugh that
Goldstinger yes we still own it but Hercules have a perfected security interest over it to the tune of about 7m. So if we sell their 7m gets paid first.
Goldstinger, point well made.
Going to fire off a few emails tonight, see what they can share. Hopefully an RNS beats their response.
i very much hope so gold stinger.
Just to clarify. If ownership of Iclaprim is still with our cash shell then this has to be worth hundreds of millions of pounds to a company wanting this badly. It is that company buying in that values the asset. When there are several companies valuing the asset, then the numbers start getting interesting. SP is close to 1p today, but this will be back to pre-Valentines Day 2019 levels soon so I make that a 45 bagger. No not ramping, just research.
Hi all. Has anyone contacted jpalmer@tamarackassoc.com to find out what they can tell us shareholders about the ongoing 'sale' of Iclaprim as mentioned on MotifBio website?. ie what its worth, who still has ownership, etc. I think its time for some proper research to get this SP multibagging before someone tries to buy MotifBio for bugger all. Too much f***ying around here for me.
