Gige, let it go.
Hogan can't string a sentence together correctly.
Unless he has somehow achieved a Degree in English within the last 4 months, or has employed a ghost writer (is there anyone left that trusts him?) you're barking up the wrong tree.
London is a 5 hour drive for me, I’m quite happy up here. You keep the London smog to yourselves.

Have now sold the rest of my stock at a loss. They had a chance to put things right but seem to have blown it along with investor confidence.
Using that legal firm was like "going to the mother in law to complain about your wife".
Think you’ve had one too many gins. Enjoy your weekend
Do you have much knowledge on unmanned aerial vehicles and their payloads Zibi?
I didn’t vote last time, but was leaning towards the company. Still undecided on this. I’m thinking for on new board members, against on removing the current. If JZ gets removed, and dumps his and URU shares, then my investment is down the drain hole. Also, Gige. Please stop posting, your illiteracy is hurting my eyes.
I honestly believe it will rise with anybody but JZ, TJ and LH at the helm.
Lots of people rate the business, but want to avoid the above named at all costs, so currently don't invest
Antofelli..... Happy to ask for your votes as well.
The SP will not rise while JZ, LH and TJ are involved.
I don't hold MRS, I did but sold out some time back as sick to the back teeth with the mode of operation from primarily Zorbas & Hogan, and while they are involved I will continue to stand on the sidelines, as I know may others will. They've lied & deceived too many people on AIM for too long. Their history shows you that they are incapable of building a creditable business that delivers long term share holder value. They are deal makers with the sole purpose to increase their personal wealth no matter how they do that. This is typified by the Alerion deal that is scandalous that they have got away with, and by doing so it is my belief that they have benefited from the deal which somewhat negates the SP movement.
My guess is that there are so many inflated & creative charges going from MRS that route back to Canada, Cyprus or Swansea that more than covers the cost of any shares they may or may not hold, after all who knows what they are actually holding.
If they both moved on & took their puppet with them I'd expect a very strong bounce & then some things would actually get completed, like the re-financing deal which is a no brainer to implement
I'm sure you would love everyone to let the BOD alone ,as your love affair with JZ is being shredded .How do you British say ? live by the sword ,die by the sword ??? is that it ….
Jack, may I ask how you are planning to vote pleae?
You say you understand why people are going to try and vote to get rid of the current BOD. You also say you have close to 1 million shares. A million shares is approx 0.4% of total shares issued. Your votes are both significant and valuable.
As the vote is going to happen regardless would this not be the best way to get the SP up quickly towards the 5.5p level you are looking for?
If the vote fails then the scenario you mentioned in your post would hopefully be played out although many lack the same confidence you do.
There are lots and lots of people who will not invest in MRS until the current BOD are away.
Personally I think the current BOD have had more than their chance. The Alerion deal is, and still is, a red flag.
I’m not looking for sympathy. Sympathy is for the weak and the weak go to the cooking pot.
If it wasn't for your previous messages then I am sure some people would sympathise with your current 'loss'. However, I doubt any of that is true and I also question your motives in posting that.
The simple fact is that the current board don't seem to care about the shareholders and are only interested in controlling the company to suit themselves (i.e the drone deal by issuing themselves shares). If you were really in the situation posted below, i am sure you wouldn't be so naive.
There is always going to be two sides here, that’s why we have democracy. I understand why everyone is trying to vote out the current bod and I take my hat off to you if you do. But I can also accept defeat and accept the fact that JZ and LH ain’t going to let this happen. Between them and the newly issued shares, they hold way to many to be defeated. My personal holding is just sub 1m. I’m not saying that I agree with the business ethics here, not at all, but, in my opinion, the only way I’ll get my money back is when the company pulls something out of the bag to nudge the share price back up to around the 5.5p mark. Again, this is my opinion, but I don’t believe anyone is going to overturn the current bod, which is why I personally want everyone to simmer down, let them do what they got to do, so the share price recovers and I can sell out. Everyone’s entitled to an opinion, that’s just mine.
