Unusually bullish tweet from Janis, even got the obligatory rocket!
Who is ready for a big day?
#Bitcoin at all-time-high
@modeapp_ on the rise as investors want to get exposure
#MODE sees record volumes
Today is ?? day https://t.co/4jSSDH8Nom
Bitcoin now going crazy. Mode looks very cheap compared to others in the sector
Basically, any traction with their system = no brainer Take Over target by some big boy.
and if you are talking brand advertising at this stage you are deluded
TBH itrade you are probably best moving on if that's how you feel. You have to remember it's very early days, their focus is getting the payment app up and running and let the bitcoin part grow organically..
Any hardly surprising they aren't engaging with a random on twitter telling them how to run the business what do you think the telegram group is for?
I get Instagram feed adverts fairly regularly so they are doing some direct consumer marketing.
@itrade - I reckon the management are pretty savvy - with some savvy appointments - give them a bit more time
Scoobydoo - I am not suggesting they throw millions at it. There is a sensible ‘middle way’ approach, in which relatively modest investments in awareness building could actually be self financing.
Having no awareness building activity at all is not doing the business any favours in the long term.
@itradeshares MODE are trying to keep cash burn down - I think this is very sensible - and to capitalize on word of mouth for now until possibly their open banking platform is fully ready.
I don't think there is anything wrong with this from a management perspective.
The opposite side of the coin is - to go in big with marketing - end up throwing millions away and then going back to shareholders to ask for more $.
I know, as a s-her which option I prefer.
'iTradeShares' - more like, 'iMissBuyZonesSoHaveToSpout*******s'
Very disappointing RNS. Yes they are showing modest growth, but from a very low base. The lack of any hard numbers is very telling.
Bitcoin adoption is exploding. Businesses like Celsius, Coinbase & Binance are experiencing massive growth, but awareness of Mode App amongst potential first time bitcoin buyers is close to zero.
The lack of investment in building awareness of Mode is choking the business at a time when it should be growing much more rapidly.
The great hope that the payments functionality will transform the business looks highly questionable to me. Why would retailers bother to adopt/promote the Mode App when Mode are not investing in consumer marketing, and the customers are so tiny in comparison with the likes of Visa & MasterCard.
I have tried to engage with Mode management via twitter, and get zero response. I have a large investment in Mode but the way things are going I will be reducing my position substantially.
Great App, shame about the management.
Give it time
I’m quite surprised this hasn’t moved further. I’ve added further.
:-)
As someone who's loaded up here over the past few weeks (not posting on here though), it's disappointing to see all of the ramping. This RNS is good, but if you're following the narrative then you'll see we've still got a bit left to churn through (presenting another good opportunity for new buyers). All it does for me is reaffirm that the next few months will be almost guaranteed growth in the company and share price.
Mode doesn't need your ridiculous price predictions of +200% in a day.
52p to sell now !
70P , another dreamer !
Looking good for 70p plus today
Silver, don't be so bloody stupid!
Imho there will be very little gains.
Reason 1 No actually numbers, Reason 2 seed sellers.
I Hold
£-£2 today is possibly a tad optimistic but great update & assuming BIT holds steady & increases in value, Mode could become a market leader in their feel & I am glad to be invested & remain very optimistic.
In your dreams
Should see £1-2 today easy
Coinbase ipo as well adds fuel
Excellent rns
Ditto for trading volumes...are we completely in the dark still?
Elephant in the room... 200% from what that's the point?
£1 plus easy today imo
Increase is in NEW customers so probably not. Too early for my brain, waiting for someone else to crunch some numbers and turn the RNS into some hard estimates
