Finish blue lol get the flags out...could 240 possibly be the bottom..part 5?
well for a fact that I know all ITs r cut down expense big time and yes even in the cloud infra...... this is just a nightmare.... looking for the day light after the result....
Can you imagine the bear squeeze in November if the update half decent. Greg Locke buying 250,000 pounds worth the other day, encouraging.
Mark,
Completely agree with you re Shorters using algo trades to drive down the SP. Gladstone have approximately 2.43% Shorts which would give them control of about 7.5 million shares; easily enough on these low trading days to control the SP.

Yes its a negotiated trade so wouldnt affect the SP..its the constant algo small volume sells on the order book (used by short funds) that bring this down:-

Hi Mark. From memory about 15.19/20. It was about page 20 on london stock exchange, might have moved down a bit from there to 25/30ish. No matter really as you say unlikely to have a stop on 100gs . Although all the more reason perhaps! bit beyond my pocket but there seem to be some here with deeper pockets than the directors. I think the timing of trades published can be a bit erratic which of course leads to some confusion about buys and sells, especially when the spread is small.
Flugal Im not certain but whenever I get an off book order its always negotiated direct with an RSP (mm). Off book is exactly that so wont reach the order book so cant alter the bid / offer spread or the price
For an automated stop loss order many times a broker will just cash out their client and hold the stock themselves, so no stock actually reaches the book. Also I wouldnt imagine you would you use a stop loss on that volume to be honest, but if a client did the broker would just go direct off book to the mm
What time was the trade I will see if I can work it out
Well we managed to finish above 240, lets hope we see a turnaround soon, already made a loss of £10k here when I sold out at 330 to buy back at 289
This is my worst performing stock by a mile since SXX
It was off book, but do you think not even if it was a stop loss order? This has mainly been sliding on algo trades of between 1 and a thousand shares. Typical mm games. There has been quite a bit of gyration in stock with absolutely no news and small volumes. No other trades anywhere near 50,000 since Mr Lock's dealings. I purchased a few at average of 2.40 having been monitoring it all week.
>50,000 @ 2.378
Was that not off book? It wouldnt affect SETS price flugal
That 50,000 @ 2.378 trade could have been the drag down. Seems to have come back after that. Could have been a late reported buy as it was remarkably close to 2 small buy prices either side.
Unfortunately I dont see any reason for shorts to close / reduce as yet. They can easily just play off the fear of the unknown. We do appear to be forming resistance at 240 but lets see how this closes.
Given Blackrock, director buys, paying $175m off the debt early im not too worried, but its definitely frustrating
LOL Oculus, I thought we were going above 240 and was fed up with posting negative comments...
Seems we are back to business as usual. Bad trading update and we will be picking these up at £2.
Nice bounce? What, all the way up to 138? Will the shorts have a target when it's this easy for them? I suspect it is being revised down by the minute at the current rate.
nice bounce
So the market cap is now about £780m and they have cash in the bank of £600m...
I know I harp on about sales decline, but that's just crazy.
WTF indeed. It appears its like taking candy from a baby. Does anyone want this stock at all? At any price?
it's stunning.....
geeezzzzz can not believe my eyes... is this really mcro wtf... felt for holders... can't even trade this.... gla
