More drivel.
I did like the ‘ Miss the sessions in the Pub though”
I relate on that point. Nothing like the work hard, play hard mentality. Although I did spend a lot of my earnings on heading to the bars after work.
LTI, I’ve enjoyed the banter and I wish you well. I will continue to read your daily average until my price point is met and then I will depart. Next time the cricket is poor I’ll post again just to keep you away from your frantic lifestyle.

''You on the other hand have no one else to talk to. Spend your hard earned average on quality time with your loved ones.''
See what I mean - complete and utter drivel - you haven't a clue.
You must simply be a VERY BITER person to have bothered to post without any meaningful content, simply because you didn't like the look of someones trade and average price.

''Since the age of 45 sitting in a room replying to posters on a forum.''
Only in your bitter mind
'' You’d rather reply to folk on here? ''
I would rather not,but posts like yours need a response - you shouldn't waste your time posting such drivel.
''Interesting that you think you have followers?''
A number of posters take an interest in what I post, just as you have done.
Unfortunately yours didn't have any meaningful content
''I’ve been watching here longer than you think''
Well we can only guess not toot long ,otherwise you would know why I post my trades.
''You already knew that''
How the fk would anyone know?
'' Retired? Really?''
Yes, great not commuting to the city and working long hours.
Miss the sessions in the pub though.
Wrong. But I’m sure you know everything so I’ll not argue. I once watched 30k disappear on Sefton. That was my learning. Another evening of retirement wasted on someone you don’t even know. I’m just bored because England Cricket has been appalling this evening. You on the other hand have no one else to talk to. Spend your hard earned average on quality time with your loved ones.

''but I did make a little from CBX.''
Yes of course you did
'' I’ll happily list where I’ve been and where I’ve invested..''
CBX is the only board you have posted on regarding investment
Since the age of 45 sitting in a room replying to posters on a forum. Living the dream LTI! Living the dream. If you’re retired then why not spend time with loved ones? You’d rather reply to folk on here? Interesting that you think you have followers? Normally implies that you have a “greater than thou” complex? Do you? I’ve been watching here longer than you think. But you already knew that. Retired? Really?
Abb
''what makes you think anyone gives a toss about your average?''
Trades/average price info is for the benefit on certain posters on here - but of course you felt the need to make pointless posts without knowing that. If you had been a long term reader of the board you would have known.
''I suggest you enjoy life ''
I don't need suggestions - I have enjoyed most days since I retired at the age of 45.
Well that’s proved my point as you even have time to research. I’m not big time by any stretch but I did make a little from CBX. I’ll happily list where I’ve been and where I’ve invested just to save you the time. I mean no malice but what makes you think anyone gives a toss about your average? Just to save you the time my star sign is Aries. I suggest you enjoy life and step away.

Has that got any meaning behind it?

''Don’t normally reply''
A post without any meaningful content - it must come from a place of bitterness.

''We’ll all need 100% rise just to break even at this rate. Disappointed with today as thought we could keep our initial few percent gain and then move on from there over the coming weeks.''
Make that 1000%
Don’t normally reply, but aren’t you good!
It’s all relative to life and if you’re spending most of your time telling us your average then you don’t have one. Hope you earn millions and all of your money fills all of the voids you clearly have in your life. Regards.

" super deduction " will help to cut the future tax bill at BT.
NO golden goose here, take a peek at newly merged Virgin Media / O2 investment ( one of many providers ) expenditure plans for future FTTP broadband rollout.
Telecoms are no different from Banks and Supermarkets they will be subject to the same sectoral competition and intense pressure on profit margins and earnings.

The shares have lost their shine recently, strike action at BT is the latest blow for company, inflation, competition and increased Capex combined with rising costs to finance its debt pile will now make it particularly difficult to grow its reinstated dividend and future free cash flow levels.
Having sold the shares myself earlier in the year I will certainly be looking at reinvesting at some point, albeit at a much reduced price to what the shares are currently trading at.
No idea how low the market will take BT again. I last purchased at about 141p in Oct last year, so no need for me to purchase again at the current level. I would have thought any price below 200p is a reasonable long term investment.
Lti, when do you think BT.a will bottom out, sold £57k of shares at £1.92, waiting to get back in, what’s your opinion?
