Has to be near double closing level over 200 mill market cap imho
North of 2.50 low equity is good Inties will massage it over £3 this summer easy and other deals to come as well.
Strike price is a guess at a round number close to 10% discount, could be 145p. I have also assumed they will raise the full £191m+/- via the placing (I haven't factored in loans) to keep the original £40m cash in reserve. I have then assumed a bit of a premium that is where the big thumb suck comes in. Who knows what that premium will be but I suspect sentiment will continue and would hope we are above £2 in short order. Too big a premium at the off will just attract sellers who could lock in a chunky profit....a bird in the hand and all that.
Until we know the terms of the placing and offer it is all guesswork. They might even get it away without any real discount (not that that would make a huge difference).
Complete guesswork nobody has any info yet.. I would expect later today or tomorrow it will all become clear
Strike price Hintza you know or guesswork??
Based on the current cash position of £40.3m + £191m and a strike price on the offer of ~£1.40 all else being equal the shares will come back under £2, then we will have to see where sentiment takes us balanced with Institutional Investors taking a quick profit on some of their holdings. So my guess is 175p - 195p.
It was a bit if fun and guesswork CTFO
How do you work out the 'share price' without knowing the amount of shares to be issued and how the debt will be organised? It's akin to people saying they won't buy stock of a company without looking at the market cap as it's too expensive per share. Utter futility and a waste of time.
That was the point of the thread so some prices thoughts could be given ECT ECT
Thee are plenty of experts, so called around like oilman but not many can work out potential pricing and put there neck on the line keyboard warrior types.
ATB
Come on folks lets be having some prices.
Bit of fun while we are waiting
It is a genuine question mate while were waiting and a bit of fun to boot

Duster, here’s another quote for you to think about!
“you have two ears and one mouth, use them in that proportion”
OILMAN YOUR backside must be sore on that fence
price on relist from you
I'm happy with £5 by end 2023 which I reckon is realistic. I'll hold until its taken out. I'm confident they will pay sufficient dividends to refund anyone in under 150p so its a huge win win. Done it before can do it again. And he's evolved his strategy. AA is a born winner just follow the talent. Goodnight.
Around £3 my guess
But I think the PB will just be the scraps after Inties and other insiders have gobbled up a raise at below 2 bucks and there onto a winner ASAP but in the long run it's a 3 4 bagger from 1.60 so happy days all imho
I've decided to pass on the Primary bid option for this placing.
I've huge confidence in AA as a 400%ROI investor from RRE - and as a result I've a sizeable position Ave 121p which I'm happy to hold for the duration.
The fact there is absolutely no visibility on raise & relist price means I cant in any way appraise whether its a worthwhile allocation of funds.
What will relist price be? Any ideas?
OILMAN
Not many takers on the relist price we know x=y and all that but not many predictions
Oh well the experts ey
Tulip Oil publishes competent person's report.
The week commencing the 17th is when shares start treading see RNS
Roll on w/c 17th May. I note that we need to have an GM is the rules for that 28days which if the finance arrangements were announced early next week would take us nicely to the stated date of 17th May, my guess as soon as the PrimaryBid closes on 19th we will get an RNS about the relist.
What are we thinking the placing price will be completed at?
Thanks SR
What's your best guess it's just a bit of fun whole while waiting
Am asking if you have an idea where we will open up oilman
Have you not got any idea at all genuine question
Duster, the famous quote from Abraham Lincoln comes to mind when i think of you.
