More from the Electric Viking …. Chinese policy to squeeze out Western OEMs in China. One to watch in Mexico as OEMs transition to EVs - Tesla well positioned and ahead of the whole market - Ford are already teamed up with CATL - GM deal with LG Energy faltering. The importance to get the politics right in Mexico becomes ever more important.

Good that it's one that Alfonso Durazo is supporting from January 2023

He added that the Casa del Estudiante Serrano, in Granados, received resources for one million 198 thousand pesos and support with construction material, 86 mattresses, eight tables, 32 chairs, ten LED lights, 12 coolers, among other equipment.
Hopefully a good relationship exists!

@Zoom56,
that was a rumour a few months back!
And we shouldn't forget the 15,000 jobs with the Ford expansion in Hermosillo considering their battery JV with CATL.
And of course as that posts shows we are now full on EV disruption with Tesla's master plan 3 and the weeks or perhaps months ahead should see a real wake up call with many MA's in the lithium sector.
You know things can change quicker than people realise as mentioned by the EV Viking and something I look back on as the classic lesson in disruption:
https://nokiamob.net/2017/11/12/forbes-in-2007-can-anyone-catch-nokia/
Then came the iPhone and Android.
Master plan 3 isn't a vision it's executable now j curves!

Disruption, thanks for the Tesla master plan part 3 link @tomcat-14 - I wonder how the competition will respond Elon Musk despite his many faults does get results.
And worth looking at page 31:

I make the Evergreen listing as 1:30AM Tuesday GMT:
To date the Company has completed an Ambient Noise Topography (ANT) Survey and commenced field mapping and stage 2 soil, rock chip and termite mound sampling at the Bynoe Lithium Project. The Company has also completed a
comprehensive auger program, drilling 1,731 holes at the Kenny Lithium Project. The results from the aforementioned activities are expect shortly after listing.
Well the listing is just over a month past the initial March 10th stated in the prospectus and so potentially the results are already known?
It's therefore possible we get a tick up on opening if the listing draws in some buyers but an RNS at the very least.
I Invested in everything that Cadence were invested in on the basis that they must have done their due diligence ! BCN, EMH, MacArthur mins, and Horizon - a costly mistake. remember - KDNC = Kiran Does Not Care ;o)
Must be a former holding. I Invested in everything that Cadence were invested in on the basis that they must have done their due diligence ! BCN, EMH, MacArthur mins, and Horizon. One thing I have noticed is that they never announce when they have disposed of a holding. They expect shareholders to researcht their projects and holdings. Been in this for yonks. Hoping that Amapa turns it all round.
The world’s metals sector would be poised for a major demand boom under Musk’s scenario. A total of $502 billion of mining capital expenditure and $662 billion of spending on refining would be needed to produce the nickel, lithium, copper and other materials to be used in batteries and clean-energy equipment, Tesla forecasts.

looks like a good investment

That's correct @Zoom56,
For anyone interested the other company the Evergreen board are involved with, still in trading halt since late December:
These Transactions will enable IRIS to fast track its exploration goals and its objective of becoming a leading supplier
of lithium to the North American battery metals industry.
https://hotcopper.com.au/threads/ann-transformational-acquisition-of-patented-lithium-mines.7310914/
You do have to wonder how they will manage all their projects US and Australia together with the Evergreen ones!
Very interesting connections!
