As we look forward it is clear that our current market capitalisation has little or no relationship to the underlying value of the business, its customer base, its well established technology or its financial position. It is a reflection of the challenges that many small businesses quoted on AIM currently have. The Board will seek ways to reengage with the market to help awaken a greater appreciation of the value of the business, while considering all options in the best interest of all stakeholders
This either means takeover or we will soon get it above the nominal value
That’s 230% higher than this
Hahahahahahahahahahahaha
Must try harder aimington chase lol lol
RNS - spells takeover conversations
800k market cap with close to £4m annual re-occurring revenue
This will be taken out a huge premium
exploration company? This is a software company
this company is not your average exploration company,
this has staff and overheads.
with exploration companies there's hope of hitting something.
this is doomed
yes doomed
how far will £99K last??
insolvency comes to mind
Huge avoid for me
looks like this is going Bust.
not able to raise at current share price means bust
would you pay 10p per share on placing when Sp is c3p????
nope!!!
No they can not.
It states in every RNS than any dilution must be above 10p
Any dilution must be at 10p or over. That’s 230% rise from here
No other company has this safety net for shareholders
For a company of this size
C'mon BoD, give us some updates. This company has so much potential but we aren't getting any updates. GLA holders.
at least a 100 bagger here haha more chance of me winning euro millions 3 times, saying that expecting a rampy bag soon imo
Missed out the word dog
May b life in this old yet.
must be due a yearly pump usually goes to 8p imo
mafioso, there was a trade update early September last year, I was hoping for one this year, ho-hum
ceo is rude and arogant , just another lifestlye company imo
Fed up of this. Basically no active investors. Nk interested management apart from milking the company for their wages and no PR. As it continues to drift down yet again may b worth a punt at 1p. Pathetic
We are expecting lots of things such as a rise in the share price. Glad there is some kind of life on this bb. Hope its not "its life Jim but not as we know it" . Yep I'm that d to remember Star trek and still waiting for this co.pany to perform!!
Are we expecting a trade update this month?
Very few can be arsed with this share. Same as the useless board of directors!!!
2 x chunky buys today and MMs still keep the SP as no movement.
Looks like MMS have softened the spread from 25% to 7.5% today, must be wanting folks to buy, perhaps they are left holding some shares they can't shift...?
I think we are stunned as to why the SP went down when the business seems to be heading in the right direction. Also the company doesn't really say much until interims, full results. They provide an occasional September update. So, not much to say at them moment I guess
why is it so quiet on here?
like a ghost town :-)
Call me daft (plenty do :o) but with a 25% spread (even though trades are taking place) it looks to me that MMs want holders to sell (there is a very limited float on these shares). Are MMs aiming to discourage new share buyers...?
