Hi, If you spent a grand with Primary you would get 7600 more shares than at the current market price at 0.0307 (£23) not much in it but the more you spend the more attractive primary is against the market.
Thanks again Tango. I understand the benefit to Infa of the Open offer, but with the extra charges - both of Primary Bid and the bed and ISA, at the current SP it might be easier and cheaper to simply buy on the market? Thanks again.
My ISA Broker wouldnt (HSBC) had to put in normal account then get them to inbed an isa..extra £'s for buying and selling but easy enough.
Hi all, I have looked at the Primary Bid site and registered. I am a little unclear on the process. It asked for my Broker details and account number. I wish to add into my ISA. Can this be done automatically via the Primary Bid platform if I give the ISA account number? Thanks all for any advice on this. I know I could contact Primary Bid but thought I'd ask you knowledgeable people first! Thanks
Hi --am still having issues with Primary Bid Platform .I am probably being thick but would like to know if any others are disadvantaged here.Essentially after the nonsense yesterday of my putting in an inadequate full year for my card expiry today my Bank has rejected the payment because I have hightened security and have not used Primary Bid before ..The bank are not able to help as they do not see the attempted transaction on Screen .Anyhow Primary Bid have actually been very proactive and have sent me a link via Jarvis & Partners to sort the issue out so to be fair to them the matter is being sorted but this is just to dialogue with any of you having similar issues ..Yours, Mr Notquitesosavvyafter all !!
That should have been 31/12/2018
What would have been a good gesture would have been if it was only open to Holders before 31/12/19 as those are the ones holding through the hardest times. IMO
We still have an open offer through our brokers...
Well said Goupplease...I guess we all make mistakes and mistime things, but as a contributor said earlier, you also have to strike when the opportunity arises if it meets broader plan and there are synergies...
The open offer should have been done through brokers at a bigger discount to reward share holders ,
You might have well had a placing it amounts to the same .
Jw has mis read this one , it was a chance to give the share holders something, it would have been up to them if they wanted the open offer , nil out of ten jw
