It would seem probably not Mitch.

5 Dec 2013 - An exercise of stock options by an insider in a "Broker-Assisted Cashless" exercise before the announcement of unquestionably positive market-moving news may not be improper insider trading, since it would simply result in the sale of underpriced shares on the open market to a buyer, who would incur a windfall.

Tells you all you need to know; “A further Project equity funding offer was presented to the Company during the week commencing 17 December 2018. In order to fully assess and evaluate this offer the Board has decided to delay entering into any formal arrangements in Q4 2018, with a view to concluding its review and negotiations early in 2019. The Company remains in negotiations with various parties and although approaches have been made to enter into exclusive arrangements, the Board has rejected these advances at this point in time. All potential Project equity funding partners consider a phased investment commencing with phase 1 (2 caverns) to be the most appropriate way forward. Initially, financing arrangements will be provided for enabling works, with the majority of the funds being provided to facilitate development of Phase 1 after a successful FID. All potential project funding partners plan to take equity in the Project at this point.”
Not overdue !.........last announcement regarding the time extension (which was for excellent reasons) is 'early in 2019'.
It is still early in 2019 and you can bet your last silver dollar than JW and Co. are working their nuts off to get the best deal possible !!
JW needs to get the show on the road and complete the equity finance. It's the make or break point in the project and it's overdue.
Just thinking aloud, but is it possible we have had a placing, to finance land purchase, as per RNS on 22 December would be a good time SP wise to generate the £270k needed by spring. Also may have been a condition of late December offer, great news IMO if this was the case. GLA
Coupled with the 12 mill from yesterday I think that's what caused the drop the past 2 days. So, unless a further huge sell 2mo it should be a blue sky day! :)
Post on Advn just now by Boxerdogz (TR1)
'Yesterday and today 2 x sells equal to 22.5 million shares sold
It Does equates to the half of the 45 million of the grants snowman. Which would be excercisable on a sale although would expect a Sale / funding RNS first
I do like your thinking'
13 million trade on nex at 14.42 price 1.55p Gotta be a sell?
From RNS 14th Jan
'...half of the Options vested are exercisable at a price of 1.5p per share and half are exercisable at nominal value of 0.01p per share.'
16th Jan
Share price at close today inexplicably dropped like a stone to 1.5p ask ! ..................coincidence?
'The Options become exercisable IMMEDIATELY .......in the event of a SALE of either: i) the Company; ii) the Islandmagee gas storage project (the "Project"); or iii) the Company's subsidiary, Islandmagee Energy Limited (subject to the Project comprising an asset of the subsidiary).'
Is it too cynical to suggest a possible sale on the cards tomorrow?
I only hold 3m Radders, but am with you on not ready to sell any
Like you ,Mr T, I expected a late reported large sell but there hasn't been one,so one must infer that many trades which are shown as buys were,,in fact, sells as traders take a profit, The Sp has ,in fact, been a bit wobbly since the price monitoring extensions of yesterday when the MMs made sure we didn't top 2p.But INFA will be back. There's just far too much mega good news in the pipeline. A chance now for some more new blood to get in.
Office even funnier!.
Not good at trading I'm afraid, example today.
Always tommorow.
Atb
Flight, you do a terrific impression of a nervous nelly. Good luck with your next trade, see you tomorrow though lol.
Surely a point at which a number of investors may be taking a profit. I can’t blame them if they’ve 5 or 6 bagged. Personally I am holding 15m and this is nowhere near the point at which I would consider selling any. Long term holder and have great faith in the BOD and Project
Office very funny, for me it was only a trade, that's all.
Certainly not nervous))
Hope you do well here
