Couple of songs in my head this morning
Transformer man
It's beginning to feel a lot like Xmas
Well done team and best wishes all
.....about the EU funding, and, (hopefully), about the appointment of the new Chairman. But it hasn't done much for confidence as evidenced by the SP today.
There still remains a huge question about overall funding here. i suppose one might accept that it may be commercially difficult for JW to give categoric details about the value of each contract but that does not mitigate the necessity to give shareholders some kind of assurance about the financial viability of the company. Costain will receive over half of the EU funding and we still have almost £1M of the Riverfort finance around our necks. Unfortunately nothing revealed give much hope for any uplift in the SP during the coming 3-6 months, and there are still ssignificant hurdles to be cleared by the INFA project.
Good to hear from you crl123. You're in here big!
Radders, enjoy the fiesta!
Are not bad, provided they are indeed followed by confirming facts in january
And the sp will follow.
EU money and what it will be used for. Also reassurances that the new chairman will be announced after the January AGM. H&W recruits seem to have sufficient experience for sure.
‘With the EU funds not being received before 31 December 2019, the Board has agreed with Costain Plc to extend the repayment date of the Costain Loan Facility ("Costain Loan"), originally announced on 04 November 2016 and due on 31 December 2019, with an accrued value of £810,669 as at 31 December 2019, to 31 December 2020 or on receipt of the EU grant reclaim, whichever is earlier.‘
Nice work if you can get it

InfraStrata plc
("InfraStrata" or the "Company")
Issuance of loan conversion shares and change to total voting rights
InfraStrata plc (AIM: INFA), the UK quoted company focused on strategic infrastructure projects and physical asset life-cycle management, announces that it has received a notice to convert £50,000 of the first tranche of its £2.2 million loan facility with Riverfort Global Opportunities PCC Limited and YA II PN Limited (the "Loan") into 19,455,252 new ordinary shares of 0.01p in the Company ("New Ordinary Shares") at a price of 0.257 pence per New Ordinary Share.
Details of the Loan were announced on 1 October 2019 and 14 November 2019. Following this conversion, the principal balance of the Loan has reduced to £955,555.
Application will be made for the New Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM ("Admission") and it is expected that Admission will occur on or around 30 December 2019.
Total Voting Rights
Upon Admission, the Company's issued share capital will consist of 3,682,856,289 Ordinary Shares with one voting right each. The Company does not hold any ordinary shares in treasury. Therefore, the total number of ordinary shares and voting rights in the Company will be 3,682,856,289. With effect from Admission, this figure may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
Have a calming and reassuring effect. But I do hope the content reflects reality and not conjectures ( about the EU funds and about the fid )
Three RNS's all at once. :)
Evening boys. I prefer some good old fashioned newsprint........

Radders. Sounds good. Don’t think I can face another Apocalyptic series though!
May I recommend “ 30 days of Night”.
Quality film. Netflix job?
Darnit I don’t watch TV any more. I miss the good films!
Enjoy.
Set 1. Good to hear from you, i think it is prident to hang in there right mow. For a start MM’s capitalize on erratic sentiment and play with the price if they see fear. Best to not let them. I have seen it many timrs so it is no conspiracy theory. They feed off these boards.
Adrianvwas in here for a quich buck. A good bloke but knew how to butter his bread. And did it. JW may be a little more Machiavellian. I do not believe anything at all that I read any more.I hold a massive amount going back 3 years. I do not fall for bull**** any more. It has been constant and I have learned not to trist. But I ain’t giving away my exceedingly hard-earned money. Life has been very very rocky for yours truly from day one but I have a certain fire in my belly that keeps me going. And a duty to a loving close family and gorgeous border collie .So the crooks will have to take my money off me as I ain’t handing it away. Trin has been and still is enough of a nightmare.
Glad you are hanging in for now . I hold nearly parity with JW but I wonder if I value it more.
Let us bear this out a while. I have mot posted much over 3 yrs and ( like Trin at 28p) wish I had sold at 1.2p here. But I didn’t. So twist or stick or fold? I’ll stick.
But ruefully and with great great cynicism which has grown. A certain lack of sense of personal responsibility for others shines strongly from our present emperor (s). Prove me wrong please John.I’m happy to be wrong and always am.
Set1. Let us make our own independent decidions of course. But not give away unnecessarily even if they drop the price to scare us-as they do. I scorn the market players for their scorn of us.
Cynic? Yes. But I value what what is true and remarkable about life. So it’s realism I guess.
Go also extremely well for as long as we’ve got :-)
Correction .. it’s on Sky Atlantic
Setanta have utmost respect for your opinion, and good to get all views from fellow shareholders with significant skin in the game. I’ve been in since 10p with AH and have circa 20m .. average just above your danger forecast .. hope your forecast is wrong but in with eyes open .. time for a nightcap and a binge of 8 days (good German doomsday series on Netflix)
“Someone with more than the lineaments of a eunuch”??? Wow Setanta, couldn’t find anywhere lower to go?
Goodbye ewing
Whatamess. How appropriate for you to be commenting, "this RNS stinks". I agree, and if this one stinks then what about the ones that follow?
In the penultimate paragraph I meant " the two largest stakeholders who post on this board."
I haven't gone anywhere. I said last night that I had other fish to fry. I do like to get out a bit, something a few of the more prolific posters ought to do !
I notice that the £5000 stakeholders and the cut and paste twitterati have been active in my absence.
I haven't read all of todays posts but I did read Leesadee and I noted in one of her posts that she thought droderick might have bullied me. Not so dear Lees. It would take someone with more than the lineaments of a euneuch to do that ! By the way I didn't know that droderick was a resident of IM.
Look ,posters, let leesadee get on with her work. She has every right to put her case to Daera. Ithink INFA will win but just let it take it's course.
I would like to comment on INFA. I am concerned that H&W is going to cost us around £1m per month in running costs and so I'd like to know the actual financial value of the current contract and similar information for future contracts. I dread that our BOD may try for another placing.
Let me be clear about something. I thought the world of JW when he became CEO. I thought him clear minded, informative and transparent. I now see him as very opaque.
So, crl123, to what should be the main point of this post. Like you I'm here for now. We are probably the two largest financial holders here. I view good Dawski's holding as having a kind of corporate element. though I could be wrong. I see Nobby's holding as being Sipp related and probably for a very long time.
We two have also been here during the AP and PW era and we believed what we were told. What fools! But it's made us sceptical and my scepticism returned when the chairman stepped down and the twitter stalwarts robbed the till. Then our CEO stepped up to tell us that it might take up to six months to name his replacement. That was eight months ago,but still no explanation for the delay. I could go on and on . Just too much opacity. The thing Adrian told us we would never see again.
So the fish is fried,(and very good it was too),and I am thinking about what to do next. I have reams more to say! Go exceedingly well crl 123. I value the value your post gave me.
Well said Speedy!
I'm really enjoying INFAs new PR campaign here. The new characters resemble those from a Marvel comic! Xmas TV turned off all day and more info revealed than in many RNS's.....Wow!
Speedy, my views, and I’m confident those of all other serious shareholders here, precisely. And repelling invaders of hard earned money is every honest person’s right. The team appears to be doing new and exciting things now, let’s hope they deliver quickly and decidedly.
Nerdy owl. My posts show 100% support for H&W. Its a very exciting opportunity and I hope will prove lucrative too. I am prepared to be patient with my investments but I will not accept deception or skulduggery, which inevitably reveal themselves, hopefully before a massive paper loss! Similarly, I cannot accept and will always confront the IM protestors on this board. Their anti INFA, biased views delivered by devious means shows their true nature. With regards to my hard earned money, "I will repel all invaders"!
Looking forward to a positive and prosperous New Year. Let's hope INFA will deliver THIS TIME.
Merry Christmas all
Speedy, a wife like that must certainly be treasured! Have a wonderful Christmas and here’s hoping the new year will be nice and cheery for all Infa/H&W workers, supporters and shareholders!
