I reckon this will spike big just on completion news as it sorts funding for serenity
............admission of the new shares to be on or around 9th. December.
JA that is correct, much depends on the premium that is attached to a Sell order. As you point out it comes with risk, if the SP suddenly charges ahead. It is a situation where one needs to constantly monitor movements and even consider putting only a portion of ones holding into such an advanced Sell price. One thing is for sure Shorters are being allowed to carry on this appalling practice without penalty, something a New Government needs to close down.
If Shorts are/have increased, they will need to borrow shares from willing Brokers who often hold Shares in Trustee accounts. In other words shares owned by ordinary PI's are lent more often than not without their knowledge.
Serious Holders should give their Broker an instruction to counter this practice.
Interestingly more shorts have been opened up here this morning
Why haven’t u moved on after four weeks Garyn !!.....answers on a postcard !!!.....u have a clear agenda re i3e....I thought u were better than this tbh
JAdam, given that they’ve had four weeks, why haven’t the subscriptions for shares already been completed?
Pecten - seriously, there could be all manner of reasons why there's a ONE day working delay. So do you think i3E have stated the 9th with Bybrooks consent? Are you aware the implications given the costs to investors.
Garyn - if there was no date, it would be a different matter. That's not the case here. I think we can now put it to bed as fully covered !
In summary - Buy and hold if you believe it completes on 9th as stated in the rns!
Could well still complete, just seems strange when there has been four weeks to complete it. Essential that they get it as the money is for general working capital for next year.
Nickel if it's that simple, why the delay?
Gizzard - most haven't even considered that key point. i3E are not mad, aren't going to state the 9th unless already agreed with Bybrook !
Garyn - this won't be the first not the last time in the markets that this happens. A ONE day working delay can be absorbed by holders.
What matters is that Bybrook and i3E have stated this date.
I suspect they'll be big hitters buying at this level knowing a guaranteed 100% return minimum is now achievable.
Like NI says why publish this news without agreement - what has done is allowed RI's get get in at ground level will be an interesting day here.
The placing was carried out a few weeks back, prior to the drill result, when the SP was a similar level to the placing price. Hard to see a good reason for any delay - shares were due to be admitted to trading today
add into that the fact that when they do complete 35p is considered cheap
Garyn - see my previous post. There's not a chance Bybrook would let them get away with this rns if they didn't believe the placing at 35p was getting away on Monday.
As i say though, if you believe in completion buy and hold as it won't be trading here when it does
You have to wonder if there has been a problem in receiving the funds from the placing - the shares were supposed to be admitted to trading today.
