EV - i think some people may be angry that after the SP has been decimated in part due to negative rumours about the water cut..and the company issue an RNS where it says production results are actuakly better than expected and once again pointed out that the water is not an issue - certain people like yourself still keep bringing it up.
it is quite obvious that after the last RNS anyone perpetuating the water issue has an agenda. If you want to keep trying to hit the SP you can't really complain when people react. you are trying to lose people money and that is not a nice thing mate.
personally i think you are wasting your time. the water cut might have scared a few people last week but you can only cry wolf one time. it worked once but that is it.
the reality is in the next quarter we wil be producing 17-20k bod.
MTV....your Posts make it very obvious you have absolutely no knowledge of the subject matter ..ie geology and what is actually occurring in the wellbore...but you have the audacity to question a world respected expert in geology and especially fractured basement in Dr T....so really to only suffer from abuse for the total and utter bull you post count yourself lucky.....in the Grill myself now and again...would absolutely love to meet you,.walloper.....
Yeah I’m dead angry.
You are right Chablard. people like EV think they are smart, but they are an embarrassment to themselves. He is a man with limited knowledge, and is unconvincing as such. I think he has made some bad mistakes financially on this share, and is bitter.
Probably better if he took up religion, or something, where he can preach to the innocent.
Most people here have huge confidence in Dr. T, and know he is not here to pull the wool over our eyes. To what end? After 14 years of his hard work and excellent progress, the proof is in the profit.
So what more can be said about the wc than hasn't already been said on this bb. Anything new?
Daltry, it's what people like to do on this bb. Find a subject and regurgitate day in day out.
Remember when the rope broke when the AM first tried lifting the buoy? On and on about type of rope, length of rope , age of rope, was a new one available or not off the shelf and if not what was the lead time for a new one.
It's what they do, and this water malarkey will be old news and something else will take its place.
Have a good weekend
ATB
Guys and Gals - Can we please drop this water business.
Dr. T doesn't think there is a problem, and nor do his team.
Period.
Rocket scientists you all may be, but please drop the subject? It just drones on and on.
Financing and timing FFD would be a topic of much more interest to the future SP.
Have a good w/e !
At first glance it looks like 6 Well at 14,700 barrels with minimal water cut is performing much better than 7Z Well flowed at approximately 9,400 barrels.
Acting as 1 well as the company suggests on the face of it looked strange to me, I know the fracturing could be slightly different but the model must suggest some consistency or reserves could not be calculated. However when the water is taken into account the actual flow rate is up to 13400bpd so the 2 wells do look aligned and I wonder is the water density/mobility difference might account for the small remaining variance. My point is once the water is drained then we should expect both well performances to align.
The water has been discussed agonisingly, but I would add one thing any % advised will surely be an average and it may rise and fall as pockets of perched water are exhausted - some of you seem to be looking a problems where there are none.
RNS extract:
" 205/21a-6 well ("6 Well") and 205-21a-7Z well ("7Z Well") are only 350 metres apart. Data gathered thus far indicates immediate and strong pressure communication between the wells, suggesting that together they act as a single well. Furthermore, the Company believes that only approximately 50-60 metres of each 1 kilometre wellbore is contributing to production. Both wells are currently drawing on only a small section of the reservoir. Since late October, Hurricane has been carrying out individual flow tests to establish the optimum combined flow rate from the two wells under these conditions, and to assess individual well fluid dynamics. These results will refine understanding of reservoir performance without the impact of interference from the other well.
The 6 Well is currently flowing individually at approximately 14,700 barrels of oil per day with minimal water cut. In a prior individual well test, the 7Z Well flowed at approximately 9,400 barrels of oil per day with a stable water cut within a range of between 25-30%. These rates were achieved on natural flow. In both cases, the bottom hole pressure showed minimal decline"
