Haggis
At 30 percent of the shares then they have to announce their intentions and takeover price
hence why Kerogen always held below the 30 percent mark previously
their is a takeover code that companies are meant to adhere to
Nah, a conspiracy theory too far.
It’s the weekend guys, switch off and have a drink.
And Trice sits and watches his personal fortune plummet?
Plenty of plonkers spouting that sp won't hang about sub 3p all week, pile of idiot hopefools? Truth is nobody knows what is going on that's posting here but it gives me a good laugh reading their posts.
If true it stinks. Kerogen commissioned the technical report which trashed share price!
Now they are buying company for 3p....
No sh@t Sherlock
Can someone explain how Kerogen would take company private? Presumably they need 50% of shares? So will buy as many as they can at 3p then make offer for the rest?
Excuse the typo Pandion.
Careful
Made a similar post on the 23rd Sept 8.17hrs, you can also add New Age to the list with Zennor and Padion.
Interesting. A large 13M buy from 4.25pm just popped up. Wonder who that could be lol
How's about Kerogen want to take it private ( on the cheap ) to join Zennor and Pandion in their current stable.
Resignations were rushed , CA having increased and got first lead.
Kite Lake , Polygon , Astaris , shorting has been used to facilitate lower SP.
The Technical Review was fabricated ( who'd know any different ! ) "persuasive but not conclusive"
PI's are treated with contempt as the game is played out
If Kerogen are selling out, myself and Richard B will launch a hostile and i will install the old Bull as the CEO. We'll sack anybody that mentions the word acquifer and do a reverse TO of Sprint.
ok almost blue lol
what did I say blue finish now there's a surprise!
haggis trap_
Going by today's volumes I don't think they have made up their mind yet.
Certainly not dumping.
mind you thinking about it - they could have traded at the same time as bev and co....as it was clearly an open period. And if they were selling out why not exit the board once everything has been sold - it will probably take time if they want to do it in orderly fashion.
suggests to me something in the future will decide one way or another and they want to be free....presuming that they still get given the nod beforehand.
it is a puzzler indeed.
Could go either way. Kerogen could be chucking in towel and selling for 3p. Or a take over is imminent?
haggis - i would tend to agree with you on that. i cant see any other benefit on giving up seat on board and info. i wonder if that has any bearing on why price seems to be oscillating in a very narrow range.
If so then at this juncture and current low ball SP, it would IMO be absolutely crazy to sell, particularly in large amounts after holding on for years here as a key stakeholder but that is just my own opinion, nevertheless, have a feeling that we will find out more in the coming days/weeks ahead.
Kerogen have resigned so they can buy or sell. The question is which!
The fact that both the Kerogen nominated directors have resigned is a sure sign of conflict of interest. That in turn must mean that Kerogen are involved in some action involving HUR.A bid is the most likely
