Plausible, with all the massive additional Money Printing/QE in 2020, we are bound to get higher inflation ahead resulting in a major commodities boom/bull run next year as stated in the article.

Also here for the medium to long run (~2 years+), and completely agree with consensus that we are likely to see HUR SP in double figures a lot sooner than many may currently expect, additionally, also optimistic on Brent prices post US elections when I believe a Vaccine will be even much more fast tracked once political consensus is there IMHO.
bhoys - not everyone is sick of slift's postings. Whilst I don't always agree with his views he presents them with substance. and he is entitled to them.
the sp is where it is - it is painful. I have probably lost more than most on here. i take responsibility for that. I would have done better listening to the critical than the positives. but i did listen to both sides and made my own mind up.
my suggestion is that if someone doesn't like a poster - then skim past. i have to say there are some i do. i am not interested in the content and it does in my opinion not add to the board as a whole but i wouldnt call for their removal
Why would I want to do that. personally I’ve nothing against you Slift. Everyone’s views are welcomed but it has to stop when someone is continuously posting the same repetitive nonsense. My children are in their twenties and I would be concerned if they posted that they would leave a forum if a SP had a blue day. Thats disrespectful to PIs that have lost money and to those who cannot afford to sell their holding. I don’t get why you would keep pushing negativity in the way you do.
Try using the filter option.
SLIFT people on this forum, at least genuine investors, are sick of your continuous negative, unjustified posts. Your the one that said if there was a blue day on here that you’d leave the forum. That’s not a joke, as you maintain, it’s your continuous unwarranted predictions and crap.
Be a man of your word Slift and F. Off
What do CA know that you don't ?
Why would they take an 11% stake?
One can only assume that CA being an activist investor may try and sway HUR BOD's down a particular path?
Either way IMHO they are still taking a huge gamble as all rests on the future performance/production on well 6.
Maybe they will persuade HUR to re-finance for a water injection of 7?
Too many varaiables now in the air, will have to wait and see how this all plays out.
bucklerfern,
Not really, maybe just certain individuals on this board for being so toxic and misleading people.
I too have lost money here from the drop after tech review - although to invest was my own decision so no blame.
But ofcourse i'm going to defend myself from the toxicity and attacks here.
when your down 67% on this cvnt, maybe you'll be bitter
RE:0.01%, fvck me happy with crumbs , plonker comment
RE:AML, obviously...beats the ****e out this
jeezo, touchy about here, ffs
Slift, I read 'most blue tomorrow' to mean - if it's mostly blue. I.E. blue for most of the day. I guess I was being ridiculously optimistic. But then, I am invested in HUR.
Good weekend all. Strategic update to come. Downside closed off. News wise anyway.
Tuxedo8,
If you really invest based on what is said here, then I think you need to review your investment strategy.
You are trying to make out as if I can predict the future.
I clearly meant my post as a joke with regards to blue friday for all but HUR.
My response was in regards to this comment I made:
"Tell you what, I'll stop posting here forever if HUR is most blue tomorrow (without an RNS)."
So if anything, you're the biggest fool here for ttating that HUR "will be more blue than most of it's oil peers".
Now go enjoy your weekend.
Why worry when you don’t hold the stock and never have KGR. Another lost sole with nothing better to do with your time,
Stick to AML .. KGB
It’s Blue
Doesn’t matter if it was 0.01%
Bye.!
Only worth the current SP , fvck all
Yeah good one.
Hurricane: +3.53%
Pharos: +10.03%
Chariot: +9.12%
Tullow: +4.77%
Kosmos: +6.33%
Not quite the "most blue" oil is it?
I thought I would take 1 minute to post....
Goodbye SLIFT...
3 months
Been out of all stocks the last 9 months .Been buying here last few days .huge upside imo.
If a takeover bid for HUR were to come this year, it will be in the 12-14p range, and if next year or beyond, then much higher price could be required for success depending on timing and oil price at the time, IMOO.
As per the latest note (relating link provided here below FYI), CA average is currently 9.2p for 11.6% of HUR:

Thank you for reminding me of that, it could prove crucial to the price of a bid.
Has 11.55 % of the company with an average purchase price of 9 p / share.
Enough said ......
